This is one of the best Game Stop locations I have ever been to. All the employees were informative and helpful. I will be back.

I want to say I Love going in to GameStop now that Mike is the Manager now he goes above and beyond for Me and my Kids he is so helpful to get what my kids need for there game machine's and games I HOPE HE NEVER LEAVES The store is actually nice to go into now and not have a rude person to greet you

I can honestly say without a shadow of doubt, Mike is the greatest manager I've ever met.. He goes above and beyond to help out with anything that he can. I've been around the USA (Trucker)... This location is a Gem because of Him 😎

Updating my previous rating. This place always had decent staff but it's new staff are some of the most personable and helpful I've ever met. Did everything he could to make sure we saved money on my kiddos pokemon cards. Between my pro points and discounts he found and also price match we saved $35.00!!

I just want to say that not only did the female cashier help and answer so many questions but...yes I'm gonna call her out specifically.....LOGAN actually helped my son stay sharp on his math skills over the summer!
I cannot explain how grateful I am that she helped but the fact that she was willing to help a mother and a child was amazing to me! Logan i hope you read this and see what a difference you made and please show your manager because you are making a difference in people's lives....THANK YOU!

Always has what I want.

It was not a good experience I hate to give low reviews but really. I really don't think one person knew I was in the store, I was just looking around but I could have been asked if I needed something. I've since can back to Gamestop, service has gotten much better.

Great service! Treated my 14 & 15 year old boys with respect. Answered all their questions and gave actually helpful advice. We love the Shelbyville, IN GameStop.

Used proper precautions, and it looks clean in there, and the guy at the counter always answers my kids 1000 questions, and stays patient. Seems to like his job

Best Gamestop I have ever been inside. Manager (Christin) is always extremely nice and helpful. Have always been treated very well, even if I don't purchase or preorder anything.

GameStop always has what I want/need, and usually at prices comparable to what I can find online. Who doesn't love immediate gratification?

A tip: If you are going to order online, ordering site to store allows you to get the best price whole ensuring that you can go in person to a store if there was an issue. I learned this lesson the hard way after ordering a PS3 online for my daughter. The store employees are ALWAYS more helpful than calling the customer helpline.

Great customer service!!!! After being told that a game i was looking for could not be ordered by another Gamestop in my hometown, this store was able to find it and get it ordered for me.

Really nice, helpful and knowledgeable people work here. They were very patient with my son, who had alot of questions.
