I will recommend you to everyone, I couldn’t be more happy with the attention to every last detail that was afforded to me. Very satisfied with my Caddalic St5, it looked as good as new. I was leaving for vacation the next morning, and I needed new tires. The manager worked out with me to get my tires across the street from Caliber. They took my vehicle over and got my tires put on. Then when I picked it up it was sparkling clean and ready to go! Thank you for making this very painless!!!

Great Service! Amber and team went above and beyond to keep me informed of each step. In addition to the repairs looking like new, this team was able deliver my vehicle 4 days earlier than expected and made a repair that was not part of the accident.

Nick Garrett was very informative, personable and very helpful to us. He answered all of our questions and then some. They did a great job replacing our bumper on our Subaru.
They had to match the color (which definitely isn’t easy 😂) but they did a really good job.
And we weren’t expecting to have the whole inside of the car cleaned and wiped down for us, so that was nice of them!

As soon as I stepped in, I felt like I am with good people, people I can trust. Right from the front desk to the specialist they were easy to talk to and very informative. Jon, helped me with my car and I am so pleased and happy about it. Overall they took the stress out of a very stressful situation.

Such friendly, efficient, helpful people. Amber, Robin and the mechanic were able to get my car in quickly after I had damage to the undercarriage. They repaired it promptly for me and were very kind and understanding about my concerns of needing the car back for an upcoming road trip.

Angela Byrd, Servicer Adviser, was great. Totally professional & kept me up-to-date on my car repairs. They provided a ride home & a ride to get my car. Repairs were completed within 2 weeks & my car looks great. They even did a thorough wash on my car & cleaned the interior. Great business to deal with. Call & ask for Angela Byrd. I am so impressed and overwhelmed by the amazing service and care that Amber and Brian did for my friend .My friend and I had a very bad experience at another business that we had asked to repair 2 dents . I'm sorry to say that in a short summary, that I wouldn't trust my vehicle in that other businesses hands. Caliber collision came to our rescue and took care of us and the vehicle . They didn't have to do anything as they had done nothing wrong and we approached them for advice and I am so grateful for them resolving a problem that wasn't caused by them. If I ever need any collision repairs I will insist that this be done by these fine people

The workmanship was great, and the personnel were helpful and friendly. I was especially impressed with Jon's honesty, helpfulness, and integrity when discussing their additional findings from when they did my car's repair estimate. He went above and beyond to make sure I had my car back ahead of schedule and was able to return my rental on time!

My vehicle doesn’t even look like I had been rear ended! And it was ready for pickup about a week and half earlier than the projected finish date they had originally estimated.

We were kept informed throughout the repairs which were extensive secondary to a deer collision. The car was ready two weeks ahead of expected completion. The work looks great!

Amber was more than amazing, on top of her game, was always available when I needed her and made this the easiest process ever! Took our 2022 Toyota Sienna for repairs after it got rear ended. The rear lift gate had to be replaced. The car looks like new after the repairs. Repairs were done very fast and we got constant updates on the progress of the repairs. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.
