I randomly decided to visit the Greenwood Reis Nichols to see if anything caught my eye for my wife’s birthday. And of course something did. Brent Maple assisted me and did not pressure me into any purchase. In fact, he assured me that if I get in trouble, I could return the timepiece without question. Of course my wife loved it. Brent was also helpful in acquiring two extra links from the manufacturer and kept us apprised of their availability. I have dealt with many of the staff in the Greenwood store. All are there to help and not pressure you into a quick sale for profit! Highly recommend

Carie helped me with the design of my ring and was very communicative about letting me know the latest progress along the way. She was extremely patient and helpful, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I receive many compliments!

The service from Julie at RN Greenwood was top notch! She was prompt with communication and did a wonderful job helping me get my watch repaired/taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about a rhing. I recently had another great experience in the Greenwood store with Brent. This was not a purchase, but service and maintenance on past purchases. One piece serviced was my diamond ring custom created by them over 20 years ago with a jacket purchased to compliment it more recently. When I picked them up today, they look like new again! I love that maintaining the beautiful pieces you purchase from Reis Nichols is just as important to them as you purchasing a new piece. They truly care about building long term relationships with their customers- which is why I keep going back.

I am a second generation jewelry buyer to work with Brent Maple at the Greenwood location. He has been wonderful to work with! It's always a joy to walk in the store and see what's new. I've worked with other jewelry stores in the past and have felt talked-down-to and taken advantage of. Brent always takes the time to get to know you and your needs before making recommendations. Please let me recommend Gillian at the Greenwood store for your jewelry or watch needs. She's young and energetic, but respectful at the same time, which is rare these days. She listened to what I wanted, helped me find it and facilitated everything else, including the gift wrapping. During the process we had to wait on some things from other folks and she kept constant communication, followed up when she said she would and saw everything through personally.
I'm both happy to recommend her to others and happy to use her again!!

Aaron and the Tag Heuer rep were amazing! They took the time to make sure the new time piece fit well and took the time to walk me thru how to set it and all. I came in engagement ring shopping and was greeted by Adam. He was absolutely amazing. He was so patient, informative and kind. I then left the store to shop around. I later returned to work with Adam some more. Just his salesmanship and personality alone made me come back. I just moved to Indianapolis and one of the first things I did was visit the Reis-Nichols store located in Greenwood. The store itself is beautiful, and I would recommend everybody that lives or drives nearby to visit. They have pieces from some of the best watchmakers you can find, including Rolex, Breitling, Hamilton, IWC… They also have wonderful jewelry. Julie introduced herself and guided me through every step of the process. She was super attentive and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. The conversation was great.

Julie also took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered suggestions that perfectly matched my style and preferences. I also got to try a few of the watches. Her expertise and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect watch made the experience truly enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, I felt like a valued customer from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.
