Took my stepson here to find out how much his DS and a few games were worth and to pick up a different color PS5 controller and they guy working the counter was way more informative and knowledgeable about the whole gaming industry that I was just ready to give him a raise myself! And for him to be completely honest with my son and not try to rip him off was just the sweet icing on top! Definitely recommend to those of us that are slightly gaming illiterate lol. Great place and honest pricing!

Store manager was very knowledgeable about the items we inquired about.

Quite unlike other experiences with many businesses these days, he remained polite and helpful. The gentleman answered all of our questions and made sure there was nothing else he could do for us at the time before we left.

My daughter's birthday is in 9 weeks and she never asks for anything.

While the store didn't have in stock the system I'd like to see her get, there is time to wait.

Turns out to be a good thing for dad because he needs time to hopefully get the dough together because she deserves to have this wish granted.

Cal helped me pick out the best headset for my Xbox and did not mind staying after closing time to make sure all my questions were answered

For those who are saying they received an open copy of a new game there’s a reason for that, I work at a gamestop, and they are brand new despite being open. They go straight from the game case to a slip and into a locked case for a reason. That’s the reason, we also price match, and for those who want to say we don’t exchange or fix things, ok for one we have a 30 day warranty where if something happens to it you bring it back for an exchange or money back, so I hardly doubt you had trouble to begin with if it was in that time frame just saying

Is the best place to shop at ever because they treat me nice every time I come in when I want something like a video game or console they treat me with time and they help me with that everything I appreciate them I always been their customer since 2020 is the best place to get stuff from thank you GameStop

The service was amazing. Good things guessing games treat their customers with respect if you don't have a mastitis kindly ask you if you have one in if you don't have one you can still go in but if you do they they please ask you to put it on

My son loves this store. They are clean,, know what ur asking for and normally have some of the old games u have played before. The employee are up to date with all the new systems and what u need to make them work.

Every time I have visited this location the customer service has been outstanding I work with people with special needs and every time a GameStop employee will go above and beyond what they're required to do to try to make one of our individuals happy.

I have been going to this Gamestop location for close to 15 years now and I have never had a negative experience to report. The staff is always knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The manager in particular had always been a pleasure to talk to.

They have games. They have answers. They have recommendations. If they don't have it in stock, they will order it for you. Pretty cool place honestly.

It's the best game store to go to ever plus I have a discount there too it's pretty good and I get games to newer older and hopefully they have other stuff too that's Bruno and I can buy that's why I like that store has the best store to go to in town
