I have been to McGee & Company Fine Jewelers several times over the years. Every time I am there I always receive top notch customer service. Everyone is always polite, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The last few times I have been in I have worked with Heather. She recognizes me when I come in. She is very knowledgeable, always having an answer to my questions, or a way to find the answer. She talks with me like I’m a friend and not just another customer to help. If I were in a hiring position I would be absolutely thrilled to hire her! You are fabulous, Heather!

My son and I went in to get a watch sized. We didn’t buy it there. The staff were very kind and talked with us while we waited. The gentleman who sized the watch was very charming, talking to us & invited us back for any future purchases. The repair was done quickly & was not expensive.
In speaking with the two employees and observing others, I could tell this was a place that people enjoyed working at, and it made me very comfortable and I will go back.

Every February is the month of Sarah, my lovely wife's birthday is in February, our wedding anniversary is in Feb., and of course Valentine's day. This February I was once again in the doghouse on gifts and my wife said the only thing she wanted was her favorite necklace fixed, the chain somehow had knotted itself badly and we couldn't fix it ourselves. I did a few internet searches around Greenwood, close to where we live, and found McGee & Co. The moment I walked into the store I was politely greeted and asked what I was looking for or needed. An extremely nice lady in the back of the store took the necklace chain and in about 2 minutes had it unknotted. She said free of charge, no problem, and I was so happy. I asked her to help me find some matching earrings for the late February birthstone to match the necklace she had just fixed. We found some great earrings and she even gave me a discount on the price shown, I was thrilled. She even gift wrapped everything in a nice bag, ready for me to hand over to the wife. My wife loved everything and it earned me many points for the month of Sarah. She and my daughter both have rings that need resized and I'll be back in soon with my girls to get that done and with the daughter's birthday coming up, I'm sure there will be some other pretty jewelry that my girls will love. The customer service went above and beyond. I am just terrible with names and wish I had written down the name of kind and helpful lady that helped me, I will recognize her on the next trip for sure. Great people at McGee & Co. Fine Jewelers, I'm very happy with the super star customer service and my wife Sarah is even happier with the earrings and necklace!

The best customer service I’ve ever had. These guys will take care of you and they DONT give off the scummy salesman vibe. Compared to all surrounding locations these guys are easily the best and will get you the best ring possible in your budget. Go here first and save yourself a days worth of driving like I wish I did.

My fiance and I designed my ring here. Not only did the manager remember me (and my fiance) on separate visits, but he was able to take my specific tastes and immediately show me a book of ideas; the second ring setting he showed me was perfect! Everyone here has always been friendly. I just went in a month after the engagement to get the prongs checked and a cleaning and they seemed genuinely happy to see it cleaned and invited me to come back anytime. He even remembered my ring and my fiancé's name! I recommend this highly after looking at several places.

They always have a great selection of watches and their customer service is above and beyond every single time. I love watches and having an AD I can count on is priceless to me. Thank you and I will be a customer for life!! Shout out to Adam for always taking care of me!!

I went to a different jeweler to get a battery change on my watch. I was told it would have to be sent out and I would be without it for a couple weeks. Also it was $100. I walked into McGees today and got a battery change in less than 15 min and paid $12 bucks I think. While in the store I was greeted by almost every employee working and the gentleman who changed my watch battery (the owner) was super nice. Definitely recommend them!

Just had my gold rope chain repaired. One spot was very thin about to break and when I picked it up I can not tell where the thinning at. Great pricing and timing on the repair. Highly recommend

I love this place ALWAYS knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Been going here for years to buy, sell and repair. I don't trust many people with my jewelry especially my pieces from my grandparents and great grandparents. LOVE This Place

We took in our 45-year-old wedding rings for a big repair and resizing. We are so very happy with the results and they look brand new!! The employees couldn't have been nicer!

I’ve been going to McGees for years. They are quite simply the best and most honest jewelers in town.

I’ve never written a Google review before, but I just had to share my great experience with McGee & Co. My (now) fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, and we went back to look at a wedding band. The employees were knowledgeable and easy to work with, especially Adam McGee. They took time to show us multiple rings in a no-pressure atmosphere. The styles were beautiful, and the prices fair. We will definitely be going back in the future and recommending them to others.

I’ve taken my items for repair for years to this location. Family owned and operated since 1988. They are the ABSOLUTE KINDEST PEOPLE in here! They do amazing work at affordable prices! I have to share today’s experience...my son got a bracelet with a click type clasp for Christmas from his grandma, that she has purchased elsewhere. It would come undone randomly, he always caught it but we were afraid that one time he wouldn’t and did not want to lose it. We walked in today and were greeted kindly (as always) and I explained the issue. I wasn’t even sure it was something that could be fixed. The woman worked with it for a few minutes and then she asked the older gentleman to come take a look. It happened to be Primary voting day and I asked where he got his “I voted” sticker because our polling place was not giving them out “due to Covid”....he said he had gotten two and literally took the sticker off his shirt and gave it to my son (I had shared with them
that it was his first time able to vote)....I know I’m going off on a tangent, but I just wanted to tell them THANK YOU. When I asked how much we owed for the speedy repair, he said...nothing....happy first voting day! You don’t see this kind of kindness everywhere🙏🏼 We will be lifelong customers and now
our son will be as well😉

I had a couple of items repaired here, and the staff is always very friendly and attentive. I did not buy from them but they have a huge selection (lots of watches) and the prices seem reasonable (although I'm not an expert). Good folks.
