Aerie Store

Store is always clean & organized the times I have been in, and the employees are friendly & helpful.

The staff is consistently awful. Poorly managed and an unwelcoming bunch. They don't greet you and generally group together and ignore customers or spread like flies when anyone walks in.

While in the store I was followed by a store associate. Every-time I went to a different part of the store to browse so did she. It made me feel very uncomfortable and a bit saddened. I don’t know if it was racially motivated or not, but I do know I was the only one being watched and followed the entire time. I did mention it to another associate at the register and she claimed to not have any parts in having that associate follow me. I like shopping in Aerie but this encounter has made me reconsider shopping here.
