all sales associates are very cool people, easy to talk to, very laid back environment, clean store, good selection of shoes in all sizes, easy process with both buying and selling. definitely a store i will come to shop in again

Great set-up. Would love to see more resell stores around Indy, but overall a nice stop in Greenwood to checkout the resell market and cop some personals on the spot. Prices could be better, but it is in the resell business that offers on the spot access for a premium, so fair play. Would be nice if they offered in house cleaning/restoration services, let's say $10-40 a pair depending on materials and condition, instead of limited to cleaning only what they buy. Win-win scenario honestly, nothing to lose.

I had a great shopping experience at Grails Inc in the greenwood park mall!!! All the employees there were very professional and knowledgeable about their processes!!! Have bought many pairs of shoes there and am always happy with my purchases. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Done business with Grails for years from selling tens of thousands to buying tens of thousands and never had a problem. Staff is top tier. Ask for Marc (Heff) or Jameson (Jamo) and they will take care of you. Never would choose another sneaker store in Indy.

Ask for shoeheff, he’ll take care of you. This is my go to sneaker store in the mall. Although I haven’t copped many pairs from this location, what I have copped I have been satisfied with; not only the shoe, but the expertise behind the shoe and attention to detail when it comes to customers. I can’t wait to see what the store has in store for 2022. I would recommend this store.

Have had nothing but the best experience with both Greenwood and Castleton location. I can trust the product they bring into their store. Purchased 3 Yeezys from them and will continue my business with them.

They have a fun keymaster machine to win shoes. I've dropped a couple hundred and still haven't won but it's all good. Honestly a cool place to chill if you are a regular. The guys are super nice and you can talk sneaker history. Solid steals too on kicks and streetwear.

Place is awesome, Paul , peanut , Marv the owners are great . Steals all the time on kicks They buy kicks all day everyday for a decent price . My all time fav hangout spot . They are always down to talk kicks too
