Top notch. I took my jeep in for a second opinion. I had been given some bad advise by a non-jeep repair guy. Dogtag listend to my concern, and fixed the problem.

I was already thinking major mechanical -- Lifters or even engine overhaul (4.0 needs the heads pull for lifters) but the problem was fixed...no parts and just 1 hour labor.

This honestly is hard to find these days. Best of all, my rattling, knocking, tapping intermittant problem is fixed and my old jeep runs as good as new.

HIGHLY recommend Dogtag Offroad after this experience.

Bernie is a really good jeep mechanic. Does the work you ask for and doesn't scare you into doing more(like some shops try). His pricing is competitive and he only charges the time he has in it. It's nice to finally have a mechanic that can be trusted. I even send my friends with jeeps to him to get stuff fixed.

Great place, they fixed my control arms, replaced my tie rod, and replaced my upper and lower ball joints on my jeep.

Super nice guy who gives it to you straight. Just be careful because he'll talk your ear off if you let him!!! Highly recommended from a friend, now highly recommended from me, and he's not even started on fixing my rig!
