We walked in just, looking. I had in mind on what, I wanted well, the manager was very polite and said, allow me to show you the band not pushy at, all. I fell in love. She was warm and very welcoming. We went to Kay’s and no one said anything to us. Amanda the store manager is beyond amazing the world needs more managers like her! I can’t wait to get my ring!!

I came in to get me and my husband's rings cleaned. They did an amazing job. I won't go anywhere else to get them cleaned.

We were on vacation and stopped by the store. The workers there were very helpful. They checked my ring set that I purchased at zales in another state. The manager, Amanda was very professional and discussed with us how we could upgrade the set. She cleaned them, checked the prongs, just went out of her way to be helpful. She was very articulate about the many programs and benefits zales offered to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely make a point of stopping by there whenever we travel through Indianapolis.

I did not buy my wedding ring from zales but it is a Vera Wang that they sell. I took my ring in to be cleaned , republished, inspected etc. And to have a diamond replaced. Within a few days a different diamond falls out. This was the first diamond in 6 years that fell out and now after the cleaning within days another falls out. Zales said its not covered since I didn't buy it from them . Edit ** the manager reached out and fixed my issue and was very apologetic and nice. Great customer service

Zells is located inside of Greenwood mall they have some pretty great selections on rings necklaces necklaces pendants watches I usually like to go and check out when they have Flash sales in the store and they do offer their own financing let's see who the form of disease credit card.

I was able to get engagement and wedding rings here with lifetime warranties so it's nice being able to stop in and get the reens cleaned in shop or even have them sent out them professionally cleaned or resized without having to pay anything extra staff is always friendly and courteous definitely will be back again.

Just picked out my wife's new wedding ring and they were a great help. They had a great selection and nice discounts on top brands. She picked out a nice Disney ring with a nice spiral band.

I love my love charm from there. I also bought a solar watch that is only sold exclusively at this store that always keeps time and is waterproof for swimming. The store personnel were very helpful in the selection, educating me about my watch and warranty during this purchase.
