Mosaic Medical Bend Complex Care Center

For a while, I was upset because every doctor I ended up with would end up quitting and I'd have to switch to a other. Over the last 2 years, I've had consistency and have felt very cared for. The Mosaic location off Conners is full of a loving, compassionate staff. They show incredible support to me as an individual and I've been beyond grateful for that. Special thanks to Isaac, Kerry Gillette and Dr. Schroeder for being good people and making a difference in our community.

Following my wife's passing in July I've been struggling with profound grief. Seeing Mosaic's list of behavioral health providers I was hoping there was someone with expertise in complicated grief. When presented with the automated phone tree I chose the option for "new" patients. The person answering was abrupt and insensitive to my query asking about grief specialization, stating "they all have the same training" and seeing someone in behavioral health "is only for new patients so do you want to make an appointment?" She was either unwilling or intellectually unable to answer or care about my call.

Literally; these people are the worst humans for any possible issue…
If you call them… they hate you…
I have never hated a group… until now…

They are horrible. Do not go there. They Don't take your health seriously they ignore urgent messages. They have been caught lying multiple times. And have heard from past employees that the staff talk about peoples health problems to each other and make fun of them. Check out reviews from past employees. It's true. They should be shut down. They should not be allowed to practice medicine at all. I wonder how many times they have been sued.
