Subway

I was in town for a trip and stopped here for a sub to-go on 3/10/24. I just wanted to give props to the blonde teen guy employee there. It was hectic and he was upbeat and nice to everyone. I noticed another employee whose nametag said Maddi who was also working hard. Great sandwich and service!

First time going to a Subway since the menu change. The staff was friendly and efficient and the sandwich was decent.

My wife and I shared a foot long. We both have different ideas or tastes on what our sandwiches should be or like. They did a great job on our requests. The rotisserie chicken sandwich very good and tasty.

Sadly sold out of the pretzels that day...but everything else was exceptional as always.

The two ladies working today at 11:15am were amazing! Friendly, helpful and did a great job.
Definitely would visit this location again. 10/10!!!

I just finished the best tasting Subway sandwich I have ever had. I don't know what made it so delicious ... certainly, the teriyaki chicken and ingredients that I chose suited me, but that all of the ingredients were very, very fresh for sure contributed.
The staff here was friendly and attentive; the other customers were pleasant. What a great experience, especially considering that I hadn't planned to eat out, but had forgotten my lunch at home. Thank you, Subway, near Joann Fabrics, Bend, OR.
About 12:30pm to1:22pm, Monday, October 24, 2022. (I'm a slow eater. Their service was speedy.)

Wonderfull heart heathy food!

Customer service was excellent not only was the food good,I want to say more about the integrity of those that work there,I had left my purse,and when I had realized that I had done so,I called my purse was safely put away and all my personal information credit cards and money were still in my purse,it's wonderful to know that as messed up as our world is becoming we still have honest beautiful people among us Thank you bend south end subway,for your kindness,and looking out for me,a greatful customer

The employees are awesome at this location. Probably the best service I have ever had at a subway location. You get what you pay for at subway. Want a gourmet/artisan sandwich go somewhere else in Bend, there is plenty of other places to go for that. But if you want a good inexpensive sandwich go here. Definitely recommend this subway.

Update: This subway location has since hired amazing management and employees!
We met a wonderful woman the other night, who’s name is Joni. She was absolutely delightful and had an amazing attitude! The sandwiches she made were also extremely beautiful. A true sandwich artist!!! Keep hiring people like Joni, Subway!! 😁

9/2019: We have a close friend who works here, so this is the store we come to while in bend. (We live in Redmond) Today, my father and I both waited in line for 15 minutes before being helped but it was noon, so I wasn’t too upset. Their pace was very, very slow. We both ordered the sub of the day which was turkey. We sat down and started to eat. About halfway through my dad’s meal, I hear a loud CRUNCH. I look at him, and I know the people sitting behind us heard it, because they looked over at our table for quite some time. I asked him “what was that?!” And after spitting out his bite, he found a small hard bone-like shard that chipped his lower tooth. He folded up the rest of the sandwich, and went to the front counter to tell the manager about the shard, including the fact that it had chipped his tooth. She asked what kind of sandwich he had, and of course he responded with turkey. She proceeded to say “there are no bones in this turkey” Took his sandwich, threw it away and went back to what she was doing. She would not engage in any further conversation and looked very upset. He didn’t want a new sandwich, but he wanted to let the management know so they could be on the lookout. We will not be coming back.

We continue to go out of our way to buy sandwiches at this location for several reasons. We have always been treated wonderful by the employees, the manager seems to always be involved in a positive way in this restaurant, the food is always made correctly and with quality ingredients compared to most other subways here locally. Keep up the great work guys we appreciate you.

Alexis was very nice! I enjoy when workers conversation with me. And I understand both from the viewpoint of a customer and a fast food worker that conversations are hard to start. She was very friendly and I've never smiled so much ordering a sandwich! 10/10!!

This sooubway is absolutely awesome. I've spent many a good days here with my dad. With a nice view of the mountains, and always perfect sandwiches I can't complain. Well I can, but the food is awesome.

Sadly the view of the mountains is fading as buildings are put in, so go now, while the view is still mostly clear! But never worry, the food and good times will always be fresh!

The wonderful owner (Chris) and his employee (Robin) of this Subway went above and beyond to deliver food to my niece in Bend. They were empathetic to my anxiety as I was trying to get food delivered to her and calling from Cincinnati, Ohio. They took the time to call me several times when Uber eats didn’t work and hand delivered my order. I am amazed by their concern and customer service. If I am ever in Bend, I will personally order IN PERSON this time to Thank them for everything they did to help me! Unbelievable!

I get everything on the spicy Italian with whole wheat. Wow!

We ordered our sandwiches online and they were ready for us when we for there to pick them up. I'll never wait in there line again. The online ordering option saved time and was super convinent. Employees were very nice too.

The new menu is pretty good. I've ordered a few sandwiches since it came out and they've been good each time

The trays you made to cater my wedding were amazing and you helped my special day go smoothly...and thank you for all the many blessings

Probably one of the best Subway sandwiches I've ever had. It's not smashed! Employees work quick and friendly. East Side location could learn a lot from these gals.

This Subway and the one in sisters, Oregon are both Excellent. Both have great friendly staff that LISTEN to what you do or don't want on a sandwich
