I've never had to make a claim so I can't speak to that, but as to my Allstate agent and the coverage I get for the price, I highly recommend this agency. Kelly got me the best deal on my Homeowners among the half dozen or so competing insurers I compared, and when I bundled my car insurance into the deal I saved literally hundreds of dollars. The only thing I would change is if I could pay a year at a time on the auto. As it is I'm limited to 6 months at a time, which is pretty much the industry standard as far as I can tell. Only a couple agencies I've come across let you pay a full year's premiums, but even with the discount for doing so their premiums were higher than the deal I got by bundling my car insurance with my homeowners here with Allstate.

*Update - Feb 7 2024* Just got comparative quotes from an insurance broker for a home/auto insurance bundle, and not one of the many insurance companies he represented could come within $600 of the premium I pay for my home/auto bundle with Allstate. Allstate offers excellent coverage for the best price out there I could find.

I am so thrilled. All-State has been amazing. I had questions and Cari was so sweet and took her time to explain my different options. She helped me sort it all out. Sydney was so helpful with communicating with my mortgage company. I'm so happy I switched. I'm saving alot and I couldn't be happier. Amazing customer service. I absolutely love the team at this location. We have been long term clients of Allstate because the coverage is wonderful but also because the customer care from this team has been phenomenal. Any time I've had a question or concern they have been so amazing at helping me get the answers or assisted in solving my problem. If I've had an issue with another insurance company trying to offer me a offensively low offer on a claim from one of their clients hitting me the team has stepped up and fought for what's right and made sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. Time and time again the team at this location has had my back and I'm so very grateful for them.

I dreaded reporting an accident however, your staff were superb in taking care of everything. I was expecting it'd take at least a couple of hours with the paperwork, pictures, etc but I was finished in about an hour thanks to the staffmember.

I use their pay as you go feature and love the no hassel payment option. Good value for a great price.
