Best Western Green Tree Inn

This was a super affordable place to stay and they are pet friendly with a very modest fee. Honestly I was not expecting much due to the low rates but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were super friendly. The first room I was put in had a deadbolt that didnt completely turn and lock. I called the front desk and was promptly moved to the room next to it and was told a work order was already put in by the time I got my new room key. She just kept apologizing and never made me feel bad for asking for another room. So if you just want a simple room to rest your head without breaking the bank I would highly recommend!

I had an awesome stay at this location! Great stores and restaurants within walking distance! They do have one side closed down due to repairs on some units but it didnt affect my stay in any way. The room was clean the lobby was clean the beds was super comfortable and breakfast was good! But the best part was the staff! Both of the ladies Cheryl and Trisha were wonderful! They went above & beyond providing exceptional customer service during my stay while waiting on my truck repairs from freightliner! I would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. For the price, the hotel is a very good value. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is worth noting that currently a section of the hotel which was a separate building from the main building suffered a fire in July of 2023. This had no impact on our stay which was very good other than kind of a creepy reminder that a hotel fire is a scary possibility. Hopefully the fire prompted the hotel to be extra diligent in ensuring that their smoke detectors are fully functioning in every room. Hopefully they will have the section rebuilt in the next year. Again, I would not hesitate staying at this hotel again.

Room was clean, staff was nice and my stay was quiet. I love the reasonable check out time so you can get your things together. I highly recommend this location!

Great stay for a night. Clean, comfortable, safe, pull up the car to your room and nice breakfast. All you can ask for on a road trip.

The coffee machine was not working at the time but was being resolved
So we had to grab a coffee on the road …

We plan to make this our annual ip over destination for our future travels

Very friendly and helpful staff, beds were great, rooms were clean, and the price was reasonable, my only thing is the website says $67 and our actual room rate was $106 but it was well worth it and we will stay here again 😀

The hotel was easy to find and very accessible from I-65. With customer service being hard to find these days, Daphne and Trish were extremely helpful and friendly and made our brief stay enjoyable

Rooms could get a little more updated and clean. All one level rooms. Employees were great. Free breakfast great. Comfortable bed. Area seems quiet and safe.

We were able to get the rooms at a very great price and the person on the phone was very helpful on that part. They were kind enough to let us examine the room before we decided on staying there. The rooms were very clean and tidy, breakfast was good. I would stay here again!

What a great place to stay. The rooms are very nice, they have the classic feel of the inns in the day, very nostalgic. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable. This is a 10 out of 10 in onion. Great job, Best Western !

We stayed here to visit KY Kingdom ab 20 min away. The staff was so great! Room was simple but very clean! Dog friendly!!! Great location with so much stuff around! We really enjoyed our trip and likely will be back.

Prasad was great at check in, room was clean and quiet, we left around 7am and front desk lady was friendly, greeted with a smile

This place exceeded my expectations! Very nice location. Very clean throughout. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. They do not have a pool anymore so I wish they would remove the photos but overall this is a great place to stay! We will definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend!!!

Great hotel for the price have been staying there for quite awhile almost 8 years when I’m in that area. Rooms are very clean and have easy access from the outside. Also is located in a great area really close to all the stores and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly! The rooms were super clean!! It's right by a Mexican restaurant, a golden corral, and a Bob Evans. Oh and Stake and shake and a Dollar tree is right across the street! I stayed 5 nights there, not 1 bad experience. My only complaint is if there's smokers smoking outside the room, then it affects the inner air quality, so double check your ac for buildup!

Know what you are getting, it's great. Park at your door. Clean, amenities as expected or above. Priced right. Hope to stay again...
