Woodforest National Bank

My experience at the bank today was very good! Chelsea and Kyla are always very friendly very helpful. I enjoy going to the bank when they are working. They are Always smiling, and in a good mood! And I think the other girls name was Kyla I’m not for sure! And I had made a complaint a few days ago. My name is Francis NOEL But I but I wanted to make it aware that when I was making that complaint that Chelsea is always very friendly, very courteous, very good at what she does it’s just that it was aggravating going in there and The ATM machines not working and I don’t think that that’s the girls’s fault that as far as all that goes I am very satisfied

Chelsey is the best she is always so helpful she is always smiling and has helped me and directed me in the right direction better than anyone has In that last 10 + plus years since I've started banking here she is the reason why I still bank here today

I came in on Saturday brett was helping me and he was rude and unhelpful the girl that was working with him was acting very uncomfortable and seemed like she was getting very upset, this is unusual when I come in usually Chelsey is there and ready to help me I'm glad I came back today to talk to Chelsey and Erika they are always so helpful!

CAn not express how awesome Tarra is!! Just outstanding !!

Love my bank

Woodforest has been very excellent yo me in our years together. In things the Shelbyville Branch need work on is answering their phones and/ or returning their messages that you leave from them obviously not answering their phone. This isn't because they are busy ....I have been in Walmart and no one at their counter they are sitting at desk and I have called to see if they will answer. They just let it ring. I only started doing this since having this problem with this branch not answering phone calls or returning them. I call Houston Branch instead when it can't get them to answer. Houston is excellent with their service however Shelbybille Branch represents Wood forest as well and they should be answer I g or return I g their calls just the same. I miss the Ba k manager Woodgorest had in 2020. He made sure all ran right. He always returned calls.

They have late hours which is great. But they dont always update their online banking or the phone service. I have over drafted many times by mistake cause my info wasn't up to date. Also only a handful of workers there are nice and helpful. The others are rude as hell. Their Atm goes down a lot too.

They never answer their phones; if you go in prepare to wait for someone to help you...eventually.

Call and call and call...Noone ever answers the phone. Staff is way to short at this location and it's extremely hard to get anything taken care of. Def. not what I thought it would be. Getting more and more disappointed everyday.

Staff are very nice and friendly. I hope you never need a replacement card though, because twice now they have had to send me to a different branch 30+ min out of my way because they do not have the tools needed to perform their job correctly. Supposed to be open and ready for business at 10, but it's more like 10:30 because the girls are just showing up at 10. Overall have not had a very professional experience here.

They are very rude and was trying to get money out today. They are supposed to be open at 10. Well it's still not open. Tried to add my husband to the account the lady told me she doesn't know how to. Tried to cash a check and they wouldn't. Getting a new bank asap.
