This place is awesome. The atmosphere up there is what will keep you going back. The trainers are super friendly and will keep you motivated even on the days you would rather be on the couch watching TV, lol. The 30 minute session is just perfect for anyone trying to get a great workout without being at a gym for hours.

I give it a 10/10!!!!

Had my first workout today at 9round . While intense, very worth it and my instructor David was so knowledgeable and a good teacher . I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable. He was very professional.

I love this gym! The workouts are fun while tough, and all the trainers are really supportive. This has been one of the few workouts I can actually motivate myself to do week after week and still really enjoy it!

Everyone here is super friendly and they make the workouts fun. I love that you get a full body work out in just 30 minutes. Great gym with great trainers! I highly recommend them!

I love how quick you are in and out. I love the intensity of the workout. I always leave sweaty and feeling good! I love the trainers too. They've become friends constantly encouraging me to push harder and reach my goals.

I love the circuit style workout, it's very flexible and usually not too busy even though it is more fun with more people working out at the same time. No previous boxing experience needed

A nice way to burn 300+ kcal in 30min. I am total beginner and they help out a lot while still challenging you
