Terminix Central Oregon Pest Control

Just had Terminix out to rid our property of bugs and rodents and they did a top notch job! Pete arrived on time and went right to work. He explained what he was doing both inside and out of the house and was very respectful of our property. Terminix has earned our business by being affordable, professional and providing great service.

Very happy with my whole experience. Someone answered when I called (no leaving a message and having to wait to get called back!) and got me through very quickly directly to a technician who could answer all my questions and who very graciously agreed to get someone out the next day since I had renters coming. They went above and beyond to make sure that our ant infestation was taken care of and I now have the peace of mind that they will be taking care of our house moving forward. I won’t have to worry about any irritated messages from renters and having to scramble to get it taken care of!

We have contracted Terminix of Bend OR to address rodent problems under and around our home near Sisters, OR. They have been very professional, excellent communicators, and met every commitment that we agreed to. Treatment is ongoing, but we are very pleased with the office staff who coordinate pricing and scheduling, as well as the technicians who visit our property to provide the service. Our technician is very thorough, both in finding access points for the rodents, and in providing eradication measures. I am very pleased with all aspects of Terminix services, and recommend them highly.

I've ALWAYS had a great expierence with Terminex in Bend. For years now they are always on time, informative and nice to have on the property. ALL the employees I've met and have talked to are all happy people. Pleased to be of Service...it's truly a darn gift to be supported by a company like this.

I called Terminex based on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. The owner called me and explained everything very clearly and addressed my concerns about using chemicals in our home. The technician came out the next morning. Corbin was friendly and professional, explaining exactly what he would be doing. I am pleased with the service for sure.

These guys are great. I had a pest die under my home and really got gross... To compound things, there was a foot of fresh snow on the ground and it was the coldest day of the year. Terminex showed up within 2 hrs of my phone call. Pete and Mike were under the home, addressing the pest and then addressing how they gained entry. They placed multiple kinds of traps in multiple places. I feel very satisfied and confident that we have a handle on this.

Pete and Mike really know their stuff, down to the particular developmental stages and behaviors of the pests. They were polite and very competent.
