Village Inn Springfield/Eugene

The front desk staff, both morning and night, were very friendly, kind and helpful. Rooms are dated but very clean and quiet, there had been some remodel upgrades. Beds were average and comfortable enough. Recommended as a place to stayin the area as they have some of the best rates.

Room: Clean and comfy, plenty of room. The shower was great and stayed hot. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room.

Just got a king room for a night. Very happy with our stay. Great location just off the 126 easy to get to Eugene, or the I-5. Plenty of choices for food with ease of access to get to them including a restaurant in the hotels lot.

Honestly I’m not sure about rooms but my grandma who is my best friend is there for a day because her sister is having surgery. She is there on her birthday so I called the office and talked to Anna. I called her 3 times trying to get stuff figured out to have a couple things delivered for her birthday and Anna was so patient and helpful. She was so nice and didn’t get irritated with me constantly calling her. Like I said I’m not sure about rooms but customer service is 10000%. THANK YOU ANNA

It was very nice and comfortable, but heard some weird things in my room at night. Maybe haunted. Was still very comfy for the price.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, thanks to the fabulous front desk person. Their warm welcome and efficient service made check-in a breeze. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist truly enhanced my stay. A true gem in hospitality!

5 stars isn’t enough to rate the village Inn. It’s a relaxing break from the usual motels when you are not sure if it’s safe to get out of your car

One of the finest experiences we’ve ever had. Severe weather disabled our power/heat. We were welcomed by the best staff and accommodations we seriously needed. It’s a shame there are only five stars, they deserve far more.

The rooms are dated, but kept up for the most part. A few leaky doors, but other than that, great customer service and a comfortable stay. Everything is fairly clean, which is important in a motel like this. I really, truly believe whoever owns this place, takes pride in it, and likes to accommodate their guests.

It's the little things.

This is a wonderful little value and I highly recommend it. First off - Diedre at the front desk was very kind, she really set the tone for the stay with her positive energy and genuine customer service. She is a credit to this business. As far as ambiance, it has a nice little courtyard with a fountain, it's well lit and very relaxing to sit at night. The room was clean and (nice bonus) the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Highly recommend.

Very hospitable and homely, lots of amenities available and no nickle&diming.

Great water pressure and hot water, very nice for the winter time. Blankets were thin and few but they immediately brought more for us.

The only downside is that the walls are thin, but can't expect a bunker when renting a room anywhere.

We stayed overnight during a long road trip and this place was perfect. Whilst it’s not the Hilton, it is definitely not a trashy motel. There is a family style Chinese restaurant in the same location that has high quality westernized Chinese food.
The location is highly secure with cameras facing car parks and hotel doors.

Nice room basic but clea and comfy. Only comment is: no USB ports in the room. A minor inconvenience

I wing it on a Saturday summer night and they had a room for us. Supper friendly sirvice fair rate. Large room we are no spring chickens so kind enough to place us first floor. They had coffee on board. King bed large closet. Safe parking.

Exceptional staff. I really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Even though it was close to the road, the traffic did not interrupt our sleep. Good location in town. Will definitely come back.

I love this motel! This beautiful motel is located near many restaurants and right across the street from Dairy Mart. The staff is incredible and very accommodating. I enjoyed the peace and quiet here!

Accommodations were great and hotel staff were super friendly. The room was clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of hot water for showering, rooms have a coffee maker, and the courtyard area was adorable. The front desk staff even found us a fan to use for background noise due to tinnitus. This isn't a 5-star resort so if you're rolling in expecting that you'll be disappointed. But the price of the room far exceeded our expectations.

This hotel's rating should be higher than it is! The rooms are always immaculate, the in-room coffee is good (and I'm picky about coffee!) the staff and housekeeping are super friendly, lots of parking, and conveniently located to everything. I always stay here when I come to the valley and will continue to look forward to every stay.

It was quiet not many guests so it was relaxed conditions. the staff is professional helpful and friendly. And the accommodations were excellent and classy. It has some vintage however the layout around the courtyard is very pleasing. Groovy giant red cedar and gold fish in the fountain in the courtyard was very appealing. I am going back for more quality time with my self. A minor ding no senior discount.

Wasn't expecting it to be so cozy, welcoming and nice. One thing that impressed me is all the cameras they have watching over the place. Made me feel very comfortable. I well definitely be coming back
