Tracy Robinson

I've been going to Dr Robinson for a year now and feel like he and his staff are very caring. He is a confident and competent dentist that feels it is important to keep up with and offer the latest technology for his patients.
I had a crown put in and it was amazing to watch the 3D image of my mouth from the same equipment that milled and baked it on the same visit!
He wasn't quite pleased with the color, so he re-did it the next day. So, I know he stands behind his work.
I hope he can move forward with his plans for a new building because it will be a nice upgrade for Veneta - and I can keep kidding him about how much he charges😁!

Tracy Robinson is a very relaxed dentist he will give you his opinion for what is best for you! His lady staff knows his ways of working very well! I have not had any problems with him at all! I'm glad to have his knowledge and expertise for my dental work! I recommend him to adult and children! Thank you Tracy Robinson and staff! 😁

I have been treated beyond ‘very well’ by Dr Robinson and his staff. His gentleness with shots is my lifetime best. His willingness to shift into educator mode, and his skill at this is also unsurpassed in a long lifetime of dentists. When, as a lengthy, expensive set of procedures was just about to start recently, in The Chair, and I expressed some financial apprehension, Dr. Robinson, without the slightest hint of irritation, helped me problem solve, and come up with a less-than-perfect, but adequate, and affordable procedure for the short run.
I find him to be smart, kind, gentle, quick to pick-up on my needs, and professional. My 8 or 10 procedures have all been complete successes.

I can't say enough about this clinic! I have been going to Veneta Dental since I was a little kid and now it's the only place I will take my family. They really care about their patients and they work around our kids school and sports schedules. Dr. Robinson has come in on his day off just to make it so my kids don't miss a practice, game, or school. The entire staff is very nice and they always make sure it's a good experience.

I have not liked any dentist for a really long long time but after seeing dr Robertson he is the best had my teeth pulled out and I was never in any pain and was able to eat with no problems that night and the staff are also extremely friendly and do a good job answer all questions and you don’t leave without them answered I would not recommend anyone else but him

This place said I had multiple cavities and the next place showed me how I actually didn’t.. They required I come back to finish my cleaning; First time that happened in my life! This places charges 3X-5X what everyone else does, do not go here!

I am what dentists have referred to as a model patient. I don’t smoke or drink. I brush and floss daily. I went in for a routine cleaning and filling. Absolutely awful dental practice. Not only rude receptionist and dentist but neither dentist seems to be able to do their job. You will have to wait hours for your appointment. You will have to return to have your filling corrected (twice!!) then You will have that brand new filling that fall out. You will then have to wait for them to correct their mistake on that filling. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist who doesn’t have a future malpractice suit. I couldn’t recommend less. Sloppy rushed and disrespectful. Will act like he’s doing you a favor for fitting you in. I was in 4 times for one filling! Horrible

Receptionist was super rude to my wife regarding my sons broken tooth multiple times. Once on the phone and once when they arrived. She also made snide remarks about him being 18 now so he can make his own decisions. How about I’m paying for it, he’s on my insurance so I will be making decisions as well! What a joke! She couldn’t even use correct punctuation when texting about setting up an appointment. It was like getting texts from my 5th grader. Just unprofessional from the top down. After reading some of these other reviews and having this experience, I think it’s time to find another dentist.

Wow, unbelievably rude receptionist! I told her I was calling to make an appointment for my bf and she responded with an unpleasant tone and said, “can’t he make an appointment for himself”. I couldn’t get an appointment which is a blessing.

It seems they will not do the paperwork for insurance correctly. Even when they are an In-Network provider they have prices that have been pre negotiated, however they will not verify these prices with the insurance you have and then just charge you their own prices and collect 20% upfront before verifying any insurance.

I have had work done with them where they had to send paperwork to my Insurance company and they did not send the paperwork correctly and then just attempted to charge me their full price for the services.

Mr. Robinson decided, without my permission, to pull my sons tooth.
My son is 24 and has autism. I was told by mr. Robinson that my son didn't "act" like he was autistic and with no explanation he just pulled it for no reason. We will not be back. Beware!

Was told by a staff member if I didn't apologize to the doctor, they were afraid for my safety and what he might do to me come my next appointment. I dare not go into specifics, as they had a legitimate expression of fear on their face. Least to say, I had done nothing to warrant such a reaction.

This guy is a total jerk, I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. I couldn't believe the way he treated his staff. If I could rate less stars I would. I will never go back here again!

Horrible experience. Got a second opinion after I was told I needed 4 fillings. Turns out I didn’t need any of it.

Never pay for the work before he does it or you will not get the work done
