I cannot say enough about the FairWeather Roofing crew! We had both our roof and siding done. We are way beyond pleased. The communication, professionalism and skill makes this company unique. It’s hard to find great working professionals these days so it was truly a blessing.

All around an amazing company and group of people. The processes was easy, starting with my sales rep Jack. He was very professional and up front with all costs involved. He also answered all my questions and eased my anxiety about how everything would go My roof was replaced within a week. The crew was professional and answered any questions I had. They were as neat as you can be tearing off and made sure not to leave any debris. The whole thing took only one day! My roof and gutters look absolutely amazing!! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I can!!!

Everyone in the neighborhood told me I would be nuts not to use FairWeather Roofing. This is my first house after being overseas for almost 40 years in federal service. They did a fantastic job and installed gutter guards in addition to the roof. I will never have to worry about a roof or gutter cleaning for the remainder of my days. I am absolutely fine with that! Jack was amazing getting everything set up and the crew was both professional and detail oriented. I found one single nail in the yard (they removed thousands of them). My house is HUGE, and they still finished in two days, AND before a big rain came. Would recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB!!!

Jack and Jim were very pleasant to work with. Jim really went to bay with our insurance company. The roofing crew was very professional and got my roof put in in less than a day. Can’t wait until spring when they put new siding on our house!

Needed some repairs and after horrible luck with another company, Fair Weather came through! Spoke with James on Thursday, had a team here first thing Friday morning. Very responsive to inquiries and easy to talk with. Will be calling for future projects we have in mind. Attached before and after photos of the repair we just had completed.

Jim the owner and Jack our sales representative for FairWeather Roofing and Siding were extremely knowledgeable, and talked to us like we had been friends all of our lives. Their goal was to make sure that we were 100% Satisfied and 100% Happy with Their team’s performance . I’ve had our 33 year old house almost completely updated inside and outside over the last 15 years and we can honestly say that this was easily the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. Their follow up & follow through before, during & after they replaced our siding all around our house & our decorative stone work in the front of our house was handled professionally and to our complete satisfaction. They did what they told us they were going to do in a timely manner. We even had them build us a new mailbox out of the stones we used on our house to match & it looks great as well.

They would arrived early morning and worked until late in the afternoon. I wish I had another star to add for FairWeather Roofing. I went with this company after seeing the great job they did with another neighbor's home. Edwin was gracious and thorough explaining the process of working with our insurance. From the setup through replacement of the roof and then clean-up, everything was seamless. The pricing is reasonable and he stayed in contact during the roof repair so that we could see what wood was being replaced due to damage.

Helped me with all of my different options and explained in detail what was going to be repaired on my roof! As a first time home owner, I had so many questions and they were very patient with me. Explained the type of material and what is involved with roofing and vents. They have really good opinions, background, and knowledge about what they do. THE BEST cleveland roofing company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me to get my roof replacement approved by my insurance company who was dragging their feet to do anything for me after the recent strong winds ripped off a lot of my shingles. They came out right away and tarped it up so that no further damage could occur. Thanks guys!

UPDATE: I’m so happy with my beautiful new roof that was installed today. They did the entire thing in one day , complete tear off and reapply, which is extra amazing because I have a very steep roof. Thanks so much guys I can’t say enough good things!

Overall I had an excellent experience with Fairweather Roofing. Without any second thought I highly recommend to any one with their roofing needs. James is an excellent person very professional and explained me the whole process. When I had storm damage I called them, Edwin showed up and took the sample got tested and confirmed my shingles were discontinued and helped with the insurance process. They did very thorough job neat and clean and quality work. They helped me choose good quality shingles and completed the job on time. Crew was very thorough did an excellent job and cleaned up neatly as if nothing had happened. I highly recommend Fairweather Roofing. Thanks James and Edwin for the great job you guys did.

So grateful to find James & this company! From start to finish, he put me at ease and made a difficult process seem easy. His knowledge on repairs needed, storm damage, and how the weather affects wear and tear on the roof, as well as best product for type of house was impeccable! I appreciated the color selection opinion, I was very impressed with how caring he is and it showed. The crew was excellent, from the professionalism, their punctuality, their clean up was top notch, even fixed a bolt that was coming out of my loose shutter and kept it from banging my house after the last storm! I’m so glad my neighbor found him and recommended them to me! Now I have the best looking roof with perfect color match to boot. I already had my daughter call him for a consultation.
