Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was in town for a volleyball tournament. I called late morning on Saturday with an alternator issue. Andre squeezed me in and took great care of me. Getting me back on the road on Monday to get back home to Michigan. I really appreciate how they helped me when I was in a really tough spot. I had a really good experience at this Firestone.

They got my Tahoe in next day for tires and finished in timely manner. Staff was very helpful and kind.

I'm very satisfied. I was traveling from Chicago and I experienced a blowout right before I got on the bridge before the Arch. They provided options and was done in about 30 minutes. I appreciate the service and thank them for assisting me. I thought I'd be stranded for a few days.

July 16, 2022 ,we pulled in with a busted transmission, at close the manager on duty did his best to give help, he let us stay in a safe place til we had someone come rescue us. I thank you sooo much, You are a blessing, thanks for your kindness it is not forgotten.

We ran over debris on the interstate traveling thru town. They graciously got us in, replaced our tire and had us driving in about an hour. Courteous technicians that were helpful and respectful to my husband.

I would like to thank Ron and crew who was working March 12, 2023, not only for taking care of the tire issues my family had while traveling thought St. Louis, but for being professional and understanding to the situation they were in. My family had a tire blow out, which basiclly stranded them in St. Louis overnight. I called Firestone, and with no appointments availiable, Ron didnt hesitate to allow us to have the car towed to Firestone, and he agreed he would do his best to get it back on the road that day. Later it was found the tires needed were not in stock. Ron researched and found them local, had the tires delivered and indeed what Im sure was already a busy day for the shop, was able to find time to install the tires. This getting the family on the road and back to Kansas City. Thank you again.

Great customer service. Very professional and courteous. I stopped in to get tire pressure check and Bernard was very helpful in checking the tire pressure in every tire until the low tire pressure gage went off and even checked my rotors. Very friendly and attentive. I have an appointment in December to have some other things checked on my vehicle. I have no doubt I will receive the same professional and friendly service I received on today.

While traveling from out of town, my daughter and I woke up to an unexpected flat tire. We took the car to this shop that was understaffed and had a lot full of cars ahead of us. The gentleman was able to squeeze us in and replace the tire within a couple of hours so we could quickly get back on the road. I cannot say thank you enough for the amazing efforts and quality customer service we received.

I truly appreciate honesty. Collin and Josh were honest and upfront with my issue.

Andre receives 5 *****! He was very helpful, friendly, and honest. After an accident, I had to have my vehicle towed because I blew out two tires. This was the closest place, so I ended up there. Andre (and team) were super helpful because they were able to save the "ball joint" and other possible problems so I didn't have to pay for them to be fixed or replaced.

The other guy that checked me out was also great to find a way to apply an extra coupon so that I would save 5%. He didn't have to do that.

I purchased the "Destination Le2" tirest, and they are terrific. Andre suggested these for my old Sequoia - VERY happy with my purchase. They are performing great.

Will definitely use this Firestone location for my future car needs!

This Firestone Location treated us very well! Over the holiday weekend I caught a flat tire in the middle of the night and got it towed to this location. They fixed my Veloster and treated us right through the process. They even managed to help me save some money. I would recommend this location to anyone and am very appreciative of these guys and the manager there.

Did a good job on my oil change and tires....they were short staff but were personable .

I have been here on a few occasions and I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful personalities. I was just there this morning because my tires were low on air and I was concerned that the other outside air lines at gas stations were frozen. I called at 7 and talked to Crystal who said come right in. She ended up being the one to help me fill up my tires and she was so friendly and helpful. I even annoyed her to double check one tire and she did so without a blink of the eye. I really appreciate their help!

I brought my car to this location after I got a flat and no other car place could get a new tire put on before 4pm (it was 11:30am), which was a problem since I had a 5pm flight and errands to run. When I called they set the tire I needed aside and upon my arrival immediately came out to inspect all my tires, which they recommended replacing. Since I had a full on flat, drove on terrible STL roads, and no idea how old the tires were on my used car, I have no doubt all the tires needed to be replaced. They went above and beyond from the time I called until I walked out with all new tires at 2:30pm. Thanks to them I made my flight!

I had a great experience at this Firestone repair store recently. Ron, the manager, went out of his way to get our car fixed in time. This was a half shaft axle on an Accord, not a trivial job. Even when his technician didn't come in and they were short-handed, on a Sunday no less, he got himself into the shop and got it done on time. Thank you very much Ron. Good job!

friendly staff got me setup right away. unlike the other 4 stores I went to that either couldn't help or were so rude they wouldn't even make eye contact. 4 new tires my car felt like new again fixed the shimmy and wobble over 50mph.

Mr. Andre and his team saved me and my 2 small children today. After a local oil change near my home, I travelled to the aquarium at Union Station. I was nearly there when my skid plate popped off and started dragging, screeching metal as I drove. I didn't know what was wrong and Mr. Andre and his team fit me in right away. It was such a pleasure to meet Mr. Andre and he was so sweet to my children who ran around the shop. Please give them your business. The world needs more Mr. Andre 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Pretty good...couldn't find a window 🪟 visor the shield that blocks sunlight but had only large sizes.

Good, honest shop. One of the few open on Sundays. First come first serve. My brakes were shot. They didn't have time to replace the master cylinder but they did look at it for free and diagnose it. I got it repaired elsewhere the next day but their assessment was honest. The qoute was 300 and my super cheap shop fixed it for 250, so they are good with qoutes too. Will use them next time I need an emergency repair on Sunday.
