Excellent office!! I came in for dental crowns on my front teeth. Dr. Tschetter was very kind and gentle. I was completely shocked I did not feel the injections! I was so happy with the results and had no pain after procedure. Highly recommend this office for dental care.

Really wonderful experience for a dental cleaning and absolutely no pressure to upcharge for additional services. Everything was explained clearly and I was treated very well. The cleaning process was quick and thorough and painless.

I had such a pleasant experience at Jackson Creek Dental today. By calling this morning, I was able to go in right away and get examined and treated in one session. It was one of the BEST experience I have had with a dentist. I was greeted with Cassey, who did X-rays and fillings for me, and she was just the sweetest. I get nervous at dentist offices, however, Cassey calmed my nerves. Dr. Hoye was so professional, and I feel awesome after the treatment. She knows exactly what she is doing. I feel safe at Jackson Creek Dental because they inform me constantly about what stage of the treatment we are at. The office is efficient, and the staff are wonderful. I will definitely visit again!

Everyone there is professional and actually make sure you’re taken care of and comfortable during your procedures. I’ve had multiple feelings taken care of there, as well as a crown. Everything has gone smoothly, and they helped make sure everything went smoothly, and the results where exceptional. Even after the appointments.

Kristen has been our hygienist for years and she does a great job for all of us. I love knowing that I’m seeing the same person who is already familiar with my dental history.

Jackson Creek Dental is the first dentist I have stuck with, and I've been with them for years. Dr. Tschetter is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kristen is my usual hygeniest and she is so wonderful! I love how laid-back, yet very professional this office is! Highly recommend!

Been coming for years and, even though I moved up to Indy, I keep coming. Making the drive is worth it for the care I receive here. Everyone is welcoming and compassionate. You all make coming to the dentist actually fun (as fun as can be anyway!).

Jackson Creek has been great since I started with them around three years ago. Always thorough and I have been very happy with the care I have received. Kristen has been amazing at calming some anxiety and has done such a great job for me on every visit!

Top notch office - Dr. Tschetter makes sensible recommendations and his work is excellent. Also very thorough examinations from him and his staff. Kristin is my hygienist and does a terrific job. Also very knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the practice operates on time. Switched here a few years ago and will be staying!

Can’t say enough great things about this office and my family’s visit. This week was my husbands first visit. He hated going to the dentist until we switched to Jackson Creek Dental. Our hygienist, Kayla, was the best there is. She took the time to care for our teeth, answer any questions we had, and educated us. Can’t wait for our visits at the end of March and beginning of April!

I have been going to Jackson Creek Dental for several years. I have had several hygienists clean my teeth and every single one has been friendly and helpful. Dr. Tschetter is friendly and has provided me with excellent dental care. He has been wonderful about letting me know what needs to be addressed and what we are keeping an eye on. I am extremely happy with the care I have received.

My kids and I have gone to this office for 10 years. The staff members are all very friendly and we've really liked every one of the hygienists. Everyone works quickly and efficiently, but comfort is a priority. Dr Tschetter is thorough and straight forward about any issues that arise. The waiting room is very comfortable, but that is almost unnecessary as I've never had a long wait.

Moving to Bloomington I was worried about where to go to receive my dental treatment. Jackson Creek was highly recommended by my co workers and I can see why. The multiple times I've gone to get my teeth cleaned, I have come out more than satisfied. There was a procedure that they had to referred me to a specialist and the whole process from referral to full completion was extraordinarily smooth and hassle free. The front staff is always friendly in person and over the phone and have advised me on occasions on how to handle insurance claims. Great staff all around.

I so appreciate Kristen and Dr Tschetter at Jackson Creek Dental. From day one, both have been kind and caring and very professional. At each of my appointments ... Kristen is personable and does a fantastic job! If you have not been to a dentist in a while ...this is the office for you. Dr. Tchetter will reassure you, make you feel at ease and he is easy to talk with. BEST DENTAL OFFICE!!! (Shouting from the roof tops)

Went in at opening time for tooth pain. Quick x-ray, followed by wisdom tooth extraction. Does in about an hour total. Feel a lot better, and was able to pay reasonable price with no insurance. ~$320 for all xrays and tooth pulling. Fair.

Really friendly and thorough. I think there's probably a lot of people who, like me, had a period of time when I did not have access to dental care, but Jackson Creek had their hands full when I came in. They were only helpful; never once made me feel ashamed or guilty for where I was with the state of my dental health. With their help, my teeth and gums are now in better shape than they've been in my life. Easy to recommend.

My husband and I have been going to Jackson Creek Dental for over five years and find the staff very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Tschetter listens and does not pressure to have more done than we want. We would recommend Jackson Creek Dental to anyone - we recently took my soon to be 90 year mother-in-law in to see him for a broken tooth and she was happy with what he did and how she was treated by the staff.

The best experience I've ever had at a Dentist's office. Trish was the friendliest and most thorough hygienist. I've been going to the dentist for nearly 40 years and she taught me a couple new things to best take care of my teeth. The Dr. was brief, but very professional and complimentary. I highly recommend them.

Great staff, great Dr! Appt scheduling is easy and relatively quick, not a 2- 3 month wait. My granddaughter loves him and the staff! They are patient w kiddos, putting them at ease very easily. Provide multiple services and current technology. Office is clean, fresh and comfortable. I feel like they truly are a great family dental practice!
