Currently loving LTI experience! I’ve been trucking since 2017 and hands down one of the best experiences! I’m currently doing a lease purchase program for 2.5 years. I’m hoping to pay off my truck and continue building business! 2024 is looking really good! I’m definitely very satisfied compared to working at USA Truck, Schneider…. lol 😂 😭🙏🏽

My husband has worked for LTI for almost two decades. Equiment is well kept with the shop and replaced when needed. Miles/pay fluctuates during the year, as with most companies. Any issues can usually be addressed with no problems. If your thinking about changing companies consider LTI.

I worked for lti for 6 yrs and I loved every single moment of it. Anytime I asked for time off or hey can I run to California? They totally accommodated. I miss working there

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews about LTI. I think they are great in my opinion. I'm not here to trash anyone else because they have their experiences and I have mine. I lease and I have been here going on 2 years next year and I'm doing very well. You have to come into this with a mindset to work. You will not make anything if you don't run. When it comes down to miles, I keep hearing and seeing people saying they don't give you miles. That's false. When people say they give you 2 days to deliver a 300 mile load, you can take it upon yourself to see if the consignee will take it early. We have about 65% drop and hook and we do Candy. You don't have to wait till the deadline to deliver it. You can deliver them early. The company tells you all that in the notes for your load assignments. So I don't get all the complaining about that. I'm here with a goal in mind and to obtain the prize. If you are thinking of working here and you think your going to be on easy street then go somewhere else. This is not the place for you. Everything that I have asked for the company has gone above and beyond for me so I reciprocate it back by doing my job. Maybe, just maybe if some people would have the initiative to pickup and deliver loads on time and be early, you will get better things. Just saying. It's a pleasure to work for LTI and it takes care of my family which I love and drive for. I came in with experience in leasing and driving so I'm not new to this game. Out of all the companies I have driven for, LTI is great. They have a high percentage of people who paid off their trucks and do very well. Some company drivers who do their job make money. The job is not hard and all you need to do is drive. I did see a comment where someone said their equipment is bad. That's not true either. I have worked for other companies as lease where the truck is been run through the mud and out away wet. Not here. I have a new 2023 truck and it's great. Just remember, it's not a company issue on what happened in whatever truck you have. It's the previous driver. Let's be honest. Some people don't take care of their equipment. Overall, LTI is great and I have no complaints.

Started here as a driver worked my way into office. Fun family environment with tons of encouragement and support to succeed. after 5 years as a fleet manager still love my job and those i work with

I've been here about 1yr 3 months I've had sometimes where I've been sick but the company was more concerned about my well being then loads my recruiter Joanne it #1 and my dispatch Carmelo aka Rebel 1 is the best I thought him being new I was in trouble but he is the best stands by his drivers and goes the extra mile its a small company but u really need to give them a chance and don't run when things get rough it works it self out. Trucks are awesome trailers are trailer but anytime I have a issue I say something and stuff get fixed

Extremely great company. They definitely take care of their drivers. I see this as a company to retire from.

Got hired on almost 2 years ago and it’s completely changed my life. Having no experience they have taught me everything I know and still continue to learn to this day. Surrounded by good people and enjoy going to work everyday, really treat like family here .

I am a rehire driver for LTI trucking services, I left to be with family but now I’ve come back and they are better than ever! New facilities, great trucks, amazing people to work with!!!

Very fun ride , although it only took about 5 minutes to cross the Mississippi it was still very quiet and fun. Crew members are very friendly as well. and for $8 it beat going through downtown St .Louis and coming up route 3, However the return home down route three was breathtaking to see the cliffs and barges lined up waiting to go thru the lock and dam
