I was greeted in the store right away and I only had a few minutes before the last package were able to be picked up and shipped out, the gentleman who took care of me was so kind and polite and packed up my materials that I needed packed for my package. He let me know that he was going to take care of everything and I was in good hands. It only took one minute for everything to be processed in I was done in out the door. What a great experience I had there. Thank you for everything you guys do.

oh my God, these ladies who work here have great customer care. I have just been there to deliver a product and I left with a smile. They are professional, quick and deeply love their customers. Truly appreciated.

I look forward to talking with Chad and Bri when I drop off items to be mailed. Customer service is out of this world, super accommodating, and after you have been there a few times, they greet you like you are walking into their living rooms. Awesome experience each time!

I’m not going to tell you exactly what the manager did for us, because it is SO FAR ABOVE and beyond that I’d worry that other customers might expect it. I will say that when he quotes you a price (we were moving a pallet of mulch) he does whatever needs done to make sure it happens. I am so impressed with the service I received here.

The UPS Store in Indiana, PA is fantastic!!! Jeff, Kristin, Gina, and Brittany are some of the BEST employees at any store. Every time I go to the store, they are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have saved the day for me every time!! There has not been a problem they have not been able to solve or fix for me!!! I am always pleased to the utmost with the service I receive!!!

I am sorry if I missed any of their employees, these are the ones that have helped me, I am certain all of the employees are excellent!!!

If there was a way to add a zero star, I would. I paid to have them pack up a sewing machine. I also bought $400 worth of insurance. They packed it, shipped it and it arrived (to the woman I sold it to) broken. They will not refund my money. Jeff and the manager there, kept telling me that UPS International will not honor the claim. When I called International. They said there was not even a case opened. I opened it myself by phone. It has been 5 months now. I am out $325 for the machine and $122 for shipping and insurance. My broken machine is still sitting there while they supposedly are fighting UPS. My guess? They are just waiting for me to give up! I'm trying to deal with UPS International myself. Either way, do not trust The UPS STore. They do not honor claims.

UPDATE: Change my review to 5 Star. Jeff came through and refunded ALL my money. I apologized to the manager, Chris. I was rude to her on my last encounter. I took my frustrations out on her. Humiliated her in front of people, embarrassed my self and in front of my grand daughter. She was mortified. Chris did not deserve that. So I apologize publicly. Thank you Jeff for honoring the claim. Blessings to you and your business! I am satisfied. and Thankful.

Let me just start out by saying, my visit at this UPS location could have gone horrible had it not been for the girls working there! Gina and Kristen were absolutely AMAZING! They were so patient, kind, caring, and respectful I could not get over the genuine kindness I was given! Long story short, my original bridal shower invitations ended up getting messed up leaving me to have to reset my plan and order ones from somewhere else. I came in here to print them and we had problems with the system not printing them properly. After i swear an entire ream of paper, we were finally able to edit it and correct the problem once I logged into my template. The girls were so beyond patient and never once got frustrated with me even though they were so busy! It truly made my day! I cannot say enough nice things. Thank you!

Excellent crew. Fast & courteous! Notary service too!!! I'm not saying ALL UPS stores are like this, but this one is the BEST!!!!!!!!! Recommended for all from the occasional shipper to the pro. & they do so much more than just ship.

I went to them last week to notarize a document. It is the first docuemt I notarized in the country, and it was a very pleasant experience. It took about less than five minutes to be done. Thanks.

Wow! I just had the most amazing experience at the I Diana, PA UPS store. I’m in the middle of a real estate deal and my home office crashed. Hard. The staff at this store helped me so so quickly. Everything was printed and copied in a flash!!! Go there.
