My doctor is Doctor Stover. She truly is a wonderful doctor! I have many health problems unfortunately at my age. She has truly saved my life when my pulmonologist wasn't available. She is one doctor I enjoy seeing...besides having to check my weight each time 🤣 Both my kids and my mother now see her. Would recommend her to anyone.

I so appreciate Dr. G Gott and her staff. It is so nice to be heard by a physician and they went above and beyond to get me in a month before my scheduled appointment. Issues arose and I was kept informed through out.

I love this place. although I rarely get to see my PCP, I'm always able to go in and see someone when needed. everyone is super nice, and every appt I've had, was really quick. also doctors, nurses and other practitioners actually listen to you. been with them for 6 or 7 years and have never had a bad experience.

I have been coming here for 15+ years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Some days where people weren't the happiest but they were respectful and helpful. Best advice to the haters, come prepared and ahead of schedule and don't try to argue that your right when your probably not.

I've been in several times to see NP Jennifer Durant, and I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. She is easy to talk to, and I never fell rushed. In my past experiences, I have felt as if my other doctors did not care and were in a hurry to get me out of their room for someone else, but when I went to see Jennifer Durant, she made me feel I was a valued patient and would receive her full attention. I would highly recommend her!!

Honestly, one of the best doctors I have ever been too. Dr. Meyers is a gift to the medical profession and if I could leave him 6 stars I would. He has saved me so much suffering and money with his wise counsel. Every session he takes as much time as I need and always ends with "Did we answer everything? Is there anything else?" The lab is down the hall so I get blood work and x-rays on site and immediately. The staff is thoughtful and welcoming. Excellent medical care and I am extremely grateful.

Last week I had occasion to take my grandson to discuss several medical issues.
The receptionist was friendly, efficient, and greeted us promptly when we arrived.
The office waiting room was clean and had plenty of space, though we were not there long as the Medical Assistant called us back shortly after we arrived.
After the necessary height and weight, the MA, Miranda, focused on my grandson, making him feel at ease. Her manner was kind, efficient, gentle and responsive. She was thorough in listening to each of our concerns.
When Dr. Colter entered, she also immediately connected with my grandson. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and warmly professional as she explored each item with us. I felt she, and Miranda, were invested in helping meet my grandson’s needs.
Miranda was expertly skilled in carrying out the 3 vaccinations my grandson needed with a supportive, calming, matter-of-fact manner.
While Miranda and Dr. Colter were with us, we were made to feel as if we were their only priority, though I could tell the office was busy.
Our experience at this office left us feeling heard, cared about and hopeful in the plan to move forward to address my grandson’s needs.

I’ve been going to SFP for years and not had the experience that many people seem to. Dr. White has always made time for me, even frequently squeezing me in between other appointments so that I can be seen same day. He and his staff always follow up with me, make sure I have the referrals I need, and my prescriptions always go to the right pharmacy. They frequently inquire about more than just my physical health and make sure that if my issues are beyond their scope that I have access to people who are better equipped to address them.

Additionally, I have switched from private insurance, to OHP, to medicare without any change in the service or treatment offered to me.

If I was to list any negative aspect of the clinic it would definitely be the wait time as it’s not unusual to be called back 10-15 minutes after the appointment time but the care I receive far out weighs that inconvenience.

(Also I’m not entirely certain what a cat shelter has to do with a doctors office, the Marcola office where I am seen has been there at least 10 years)

Brittney Sokol was recently assigned to me as my doctor. I mentioned some ongoing pain I was having. Turns out that a previous doctor (elsewhere) had ignored my pain complaints and told me twice that it was all in my head. Brittney listened, she explained that she wanted me to have multiple tests done, through those tests we finally figured out what was wrong and fixed it within days of finding out the issue. I had been in pain for years, I'm so glad that I was assigned Brittney. Thank you for being the person who finally listened and was willing to help me.

I continue to be impressed by the quick response to my calls, whether a billing issue or needing an appointment. The staff are respectful, the equipment is up to date, and Dr. Stover is easy to connect with and takes the time to address my questions completely. The wait time is miniam and if needed I often can make a same day appointment.

I saw Dr. Williamson today and she was wonderful! She was personable, understanding and efficient. I am relieved to have a Doctor like her. All of the staff at SFP was great.

My husband and I have had excellent care by Springfield Family Physicians in Springfield Oregon. We are also grieving along with their staff the loss of Dr John White, we loved him so. I'm a retired RN of 36 years and I know we have been well taken care of by all their staff.

I have no idea what other people on here are talking about! Every time I have gone to SFP I have had a great experience. Every person I have talked to was very friendly and outgoing. The doctors and doctors assistants that I have seen are more than wonderful and very willing to do more research on a topic and if they feel it is in my best interest to see a specialist they quickly get that referral going for me.

Dr. Mark Meyers and his staff are a rare find in today's medical practices. The front office staff, lab technicians and all personnel in between have been courteous, positive, caring and helpful. The attention and care I have received have been A+. I also experience a genuine concern, unhurried time, and a super listening ear. I am truly blessed!

Peter Hill and Jennifer were incredibly helpful and kind during my visit and with aftercare assistance. They listened and made sure I knew what was happening in order to make the best decisions for myself.

Dr.Williamson is amazing. She was , funny, kind and really listen to me. I’m she makes me feel very comfortable and is on top of all my concerns.

Jennifer is amazing, the appointments are always on time and I feel that my concerns are always taken seriously. It really is the most welcoming and comfortable medical practice I've been to.

This is a wonderful facility, providing amazing and comprehensive health care. My pcp, Dr. GeeGott is responsive and perceptive. Highly recommended!
