Family Medicine at PeaceHealth Barger Clinic

This review is overdue. PeaceHealth has been a wonderful partner in healthcare and wellness, especially in relation to my current PCP at this location. I've always been able to get the referrals and testing needed, and that has brought me a lot of peace of mind over the years. I've not felt like my concerns were disregarded since getting my current PCP. She listens and takes me seriously.
I've sought help from a couple of other integrative health facilities just to explore other options, and I've sometimes found them to be more conventional and less willing to look into alternative treatments than my team at Peacehealth. It surprised me, but I think that Peacehealth is able to focus more on patient satisfaction than profits and sales. They're not pitching prescriptions at me. They are instead happy to take the time to talk to me about lifestyle changes to support wellness.
I will say that I feel a little lost on weekends since I think there's only one Peacehealth urgent care location and it gets very busy (at least in my experience). I wish there were other options, but otherwise, I am happy. I have also had good help from the on-call weekend triage doctor when a physical visit wasn't necessary.

So glad you have service like this so close to home and they really care for you. There is senior service doctors and general care doctors and more. There is an office for exrays and drawing blood for doctor's tests all in one location

Dr. Holtzapple and his MA Cindy are absolutely AMAZING! I have been under their care for over 20 years and they have always treated me like I am a family member and have went above and beyond with all my medical needs! Thank both of you for your compassion and kindness every time I come in for an appointment!

I got lucky with her. My last 2 MD/providers have quit and left me to find another new doctor. Dr Manzoor is intelligent, competent and a good listener. I love finding a provider who has both clinical skills and social skills. I hope she stays in our community for a long time. Highly recommend her!

My past review was unfairly critical concerning my medical provide Doctor Sidra Manzoor. Through a misunderstanding I thought I had been ignored and my best health interests we not being addressed. I was wrong. The Doctor is and had my best health interest as a priority since the beginning. The misunderstanding was due to my opinion as to what should help with my accident injury. I apologize to her staff, Sophie, and Doctor Sidra Manzoor. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that needs caring and sound medical advice, if you are lucky enough to get an appointment with her. She has been attentive, efficient and effective. I am almost complete in my recovery because of her expert advice and treatment.

My PCP moved here recently in an administrative capacity as well as a physician with many of her patients. So I look forward to the positive changes that she may make, she is a thorough physician and her medical assistant and RN are as great and thorough as well. The clinic will excel with her as an leader and team member.

Has Quest laboratories inside the building on the ground floor and Other Doctors Offices

We just started seeing Dr Holtzapple here and it has been great. It's so nice to be somewhere the whole family can be seen and it really feels like they care about continuity of care and getting to know their patients. I am really glad we found this place

We have gone to Barger clinic for about 15 years now and couldn't be happier. John Holtzapple is our PCP and we just love the man. He is compassionate, listens (and HEARS) what you are telling him, knows when you need to cry, laugh or whatever, shares your frustration regarding things, always offers solutions and sometimes has many to choose from,
is more 'on top' of new trends in medicine than most, and is without a doubt the BEST doctor we have ever had. His aide, Cindy is just as incredible.
The entire staff at the clinic are most helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asks!!

Dr Holtzapple and the entire staff are professionals and very kind. I have no delays when I need an appointment. The environment is light and clean.

I've seen 3 of the doctors at this location and they were all absolutely fantastic. The assistants were also really great. They treat you like family here
