SEPHORA at Kohl's

The sales associate Leslie provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Sephora location. I even purchased an additional item that she recommended the best lip plumper two faced gloss ! Thank you for a super enjoyable shopping experience 🖤

What really put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole experience was me buying over $100 in perfume and given the thinnest bag known in existence that also didn't have a handle. I didn't even walk around khols after cause I was worried about the bag.

I'm a 50 yr old professional woman that came in to get a complete set of makeup essentials, as my bag got lost on a trip home. There was a lady my age working and after me walking around for 30 minutes and not greeted after even trying several foundations and going up to the country and cleaning my hands I left empty handed. Went to Ulta down the street where I not only was greeted but helped in finding over $300 in makeup! Don't waste your time here

Thought this place would be better than the one at JCPenney. But OH was I wrong? I am African American and the “MANAGER” acted like she couldn’t help me due to my color!!
