U.S. Bank Branch

Amending my review. After witnessing a jerk screaming at a teller for a minor inconvenience, my heart went out out to the teller who handled the situation professionally. I get these times are hard, but USbank policies are the companies, not the employees. They are people just like us.

I have been banking at US Bank for years and found it hard to believe that there were poor ratings on their site. I have seen this bank work for me. I don't have a lot of money in this bank, but have found that has made no difference in the way I am treated. There has always been help when needed. Keep your head up US there is a lot of us who feel the same way!

Halie assisted me 5 minutes before the drive-up window opened. With little sleep due toLittle sleep due to working graveyards and a long drive it was a pleasent experience. She completed my transaction correctly and was very curtious. Thanks Halie.

Robert was very helpful and friendly while assisting us with setting up a joint account. Outstanding customer service.

Two ATMs

I've never had a problem at this branch or with U. S. Bank in general. I only used the ATM this time there was no wait. 3 stars from me means it was all good, it takes alot to get 4 or 5 stars out of me. But I appreciate the response so you get another star.

Fast and friendly

Drive through is convenient. I have had LOTS of issues with their ATM's.

Just called to find out if they had a coin counting machine. I was immediately put on hold by Robert. We were heading there from Jefferson and just needed a quick yes or no. So we get there. One car in the parking lot. One lady leaving the building. No one in the lobby. I’m still on hold. When Michelle (bless her heart) asked to help us. I asked if Robert was there. Nope. He just left for the day. Oh really?! Yup. I guess he just got busy and forgot. Didn’t tell anyone either. So we got our coins counted and Michelle as well as the other ladies made a point of letting me know he would be informed when he returns next work day. Oh and did I mention not even the drive thru lady had a customer? SMH. Really I felt like giving the bank one star but because Michelle gave it some thought and probably felt I was justifiably upset that when she returned was very genuinely sorry. Thank you Michelle! Oh and Robert? You owe me an apology.

I don’t usually go out of my way to give bad reviews, and this isn’t on the whole company as I have had decent help before. But when I just called at 3:45pm to this location, the lady who answered was pretty rude at my request to make a transfer, a transfer the exact same that I had made the month before, “uhhh we can’t do that”, I said well you did last month, “well you can try the 1-800 number”, I said I prefer to just talk to the bank manager like last time, “hold on” , then I’m left on hold for 10minutes before I gave up. For as much money as I keep in this bank, I expect to at least be treated with courtesy.

This is a good place to take a long quiet nap! There were long lines inside the bank building and also waiting vehicles at the drive up window. Willow took a lunch break when tge lines were long, Rochelle was chewing gum and slow to open her teller window after her lunch break and Robert was doing all the work. I'm telling you, avoid this bank if you have a choice.

Wonder what is going on . Where’s all the tellers at waverly bank branch Been doing business 30 or more years. With them and never seen them with only 2 tellers. Had to wait in line for over 45 minutes made me want to close my accounts . Frustrated

Got there shortly after the bank opened. One person ahead of me with one teller open and 3 other employees behind the counter. I waited in line 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone. Horrible customer service. I only gave 2 stars because the teller was very friendly.

Slow service

Typically, when I have a bad experience at a business, I simply avoid them in the future as opposed to writing negative reviews. However, many years of poor service coupled with my experience yesterday have prompted me to write my first negative review ever, congrats US Bank! I’ll start by saying this branch consistently has the longest lines of any branch I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived in 5 different cities. There always seems to be plenty of employees in the back but only a single teller helping the line as it grows and grows. Many other reviews of this branch suggest a similar issues, clearly this branch does not have value or respect there customers. Yesterday, I attempted to deposit two checks from my title company made out to my wife and I who have separate accounts. They refused to deposit the checks which totaled under $600, yes UNDER $600, because we don’t have a joint account. I’ve never had this issue at the downtown branch or any other branch for that matter. I’ve had multiple accounts with US Bank for over 20 years. I have perfect credit and have consistently repaid loans from US Bank totaling tens of thousands of dollars and they won’t deposit two checks totaling under $600... The multitude of issues myself and others have had with this branch suggest poor management and a lack of care for their customers. Strongly considering changing banks as this is the branch closest to my new home and I just can’t deal with this level of incompetence.
