Amazing experience with friendly staff! Chandler was outstanding and very patient with multiple tasks at once. Very thorough on information and the process was easier and smoother than I could have expected. I was extremely anxious and a little doubtful in accomplishing my goals when it comes to banks. Chandler without a doubt made all of that disappear and was more than a pleasure to work with. I have been a member at MOCU for at least 30 years and have had several loans with them during that time period. Recently, I worked w/ Chandler T. on two individual car loans. If it was possible to give her 10 stars I definitely would!! Her responsiveness and professionalism was simply amazing. She did an outstanding job representing the CU. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Chandler or our experience with her. I would absolutely recommend her 100% to anyone looking to get a HELOC for home renovations. I have had previous dealings with Mid Oregon and I can say it is a great Credit Union and Chandler is an awesome person.

Just wanted to leave an updated review for Mid Oregon CU, Once again we went to see Chandler a loan specialist, Chandler once again was able to help us with our HELOC by getting us a bit more cash for home repairs that we needed. I would definitely recommend Mid Oregon / Chandler with very high regards.
Chandler is a very great person to deal with both professionally and very personable. without a doubt a 10 star review.

I've Been using mid oregon for years now. Today I came in to refer my brother for an account. Chandler has been absolutely amazing for the multiple years she's been helping me! She even went out of her way tonight to stay past business hours to help finish up the account setup. I couldn't recommend mid oregon more. And if you can ask for Chandler for assistance with anything other than Normal transactions. Keep up the great work Chandler!

Chandler was incredibly helpful and informative. She was able to offer options we were unaware of and were much better for us financially. She was very easy to work with and made the entire process of getting our loan smooth and worry free.

Working with Taylor Sullivan at Mid Oregon Credit Union was a friendly and professional experience. Taylor was very attentive to my financial needs and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Taylor additionally asked me questions I had not thought of enabling me to make better and more professional financial decisions. I was so impressed I'm in the process of closing my other bank managed accounts and moving them to Mid Oregon accounts. This last experience with the credit union was great I have banked with them all my life and always have had a great experience with them.
