Bali Oceanfront

My wife and I had an amazing evening, after the fireworks we sat down. Our hosts took us to our table by the stunning ocean view and shortly after Philippe arrived to take our orders, he was so helpful and pleasant.
The food was absolutely spectacular.

The world food tour duo made its first visit to Bali Oceanfront. It took a while to find a parking space; we circled most of the garage twice before finding a corner stall on the 4th floor. Whew, I needed a drink after that escapade. It’s one of the reasons I don’t like coming to the Hilton; it’s always super busy and that garage, like most others for hotels in Waikiki, features tight stalls and a mix of straight and angled parking.

We were seated at a very nice table adjacent to the beach. Ginger was our server. I perused the wine book and selected a 2014 Blackbird Vineyards Arise, a blend of 38% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc. Ginger successfully extracted a fragile cork and we were treated to the aromas of black fruit and hints of licorice … A Bordeaux-inspired wine from Napa.

We started with Bali Bacon, two thick pieces of pork belly with crisped garlic and shallots, pickled onion, cucumber, daikon and a wonderful Aji Amarillo sauce … We asked for more sauce! The other appetizer was Roasted Bone Marrow Canoe … A large and deep bone with unctuous and flavorful marrow, topped with caramelized onions, garlic chimichurri and served with Arugula and sourdough crisps. What a great start to a meal!

We selected the Braised Osso Bucco and the Seared Big Eye Ahi as our entrees. The large veal shank was placed over saffron risotto and accompanied by asparagus and root vegetables (carrots, parsnips) and topped with Gremolata. My ahi was served sashimi-style atop a lemon butter sauce and accompanied by truffle risotto, haricot verts and tomatoes. Visual and taste treats!

Dessert was a Wailua Triple Chocolate Crunch cake and a Lilikoi (passion fruit) crème brulee. I don’t usually have dessert but I needed something sweet and the brulee and coffee were the touches needed to finish a fine meal.

What did we think? We liked our experience at Bali Oceanfront … the food is excellent as is the service. I was surprised by the bill; it was much lower than we usually spend on one of our food adventures. Recommended!

Ocean front dining on Waikiki, great views and great service! Like everything at the resort, prices are high. Our breakfast was great--french toast, waffles and bottomless coffee YUM! The manager Kathy Scott was so friendly and made a strong impression just refilling our waters!

This was a remarkable restaurant. The restaurant’s decor is beautiful. Our lead server was Ginger, whose advice and attentiveness were stellar. Everything from the unique appetizers to the scrumptiously warm bread and fluffy fresh butter were delightful. The seafood and beef options were comprehensive. One of our party tried the NY Steak, another Filet Mignon, and others the seafood and fish options, and even pasta and gnocchi dishes were tried, and all delicious. Price-point is higher end, but even the desserts were regal and a perfect conclusion. If you have the means, and especially if you’re staying at the Hilton property, this is well worth an evening.

Just a true loving Spirit. Chen our server was awesome Family loving spirit with great attention to detail, willing to assist your every need. Kathy the Manager was just awesome took the time to share the Hawaii experience of love and kindness with us during our visit. The Food was fresh and delicious.

The views are completely worth it! The staff is extremely friendly & helpful; our waiter was Rick! They let us know they have a balcony that any customers could use to take photos & staff were happy to take photos. The food was absolutely mouthwatering!! It's a little expensive, but the view & experience makes it worth it for 1 night!

Generous portions, the bacon was perfect and the breakfast potatoes were very good. Juan is your best asset (besides whoever cooked our meal) thanks Juan for some of the best service we have had in a long time.

Great service and the food is amazing. Thank you to our server John who made my parents 50:th Anniversary to a great evening. We are the family from Sweden. Amazing meat, the Filet Mignon is amazing and tender. Thanks again. Price range is around $30 for a starter, $50-80 for main course, $20 for dessert.

Fabulous meal, Fabulous view, Fabulous location, fabulously amazing server, fabulous fireworks, more than fabulous sunset. Only thing better was the company I got to enjoy this meal with. The four of us had a fabulous meal and time. The total experience was a value even if a first glance of the menu you might not think so, don't be deceived the prices are very resonable for the amazing dinning experience you get. The location and views were worth more than the price of the meal. I will definitely return on a return visits to Hawaii.

We had the best service at Bali Oceanfront. Rick was one of the best servers we have ever had. Over the top to accommodate every need and to ensure we were happy. Nothing but great things to say about the atmosphere and service. Food was also great. After we ended our dinner we ended up in the lounge listening to live music. Highly recommend this place and make sure you ask for Rick!

This place was AMAZING! Everything was top notch. It was my birthday so I wanted to find a place that would knock it out of the park, and this one did not disappoint. It truly exceeded all of my expectations. The 4.0 rating on here does not do this place justice. It is truly deserving of 5 stars. The truffle risotto is bussing!

I have never eaten at a fine dining restaurant before, but now I have. This restaurant was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing from the hostess to the waiters/waitresses.
My wife and I went for our anniversary and we were taken to our table with an amazing view of the ocean. We were greeted, no less than 2 miss after sitting down, from our waiter who had recommendations and a welcoming attitude.
This was some of the best food and drinks I have ever had in my life. We first ordered some drinks. My wife got the Island Cosmo and I got the Old Fashioned (best Old Fashioned ive ever had). We started with the ceaser salad, of course lol. Then we got the Truffle Risotto which was mouth watering. My wife got the pan roasted chicken which tasted absolutely delicious and I ordered the Delmonico steak which just melted in your mouth with every bite you ate. At the end of our meal, we were given a chocolate dessert on the house for our anniversary. When we were leaving, our waiter gave us both a beautiful, fresh lei.
I will tell you this, it is expensive. You are easily with food and drinks leaving with a $200 check, but it is so worth the experience if you haven't had a fine dining experience before or if you want a very romantic and intimate anniversary experience. This is the place I would suggest.

When I visit again, I WILL BE COMING BACK. I recommend anyone and everyone. 11/10
Best restaurant in Waikiki.

Food and drinks were delicious and tasty!!! My husband and I ate at the bar and we enjoyed our dinner there. I highly reccomended coming here. Thank you to both our bartenters but a special thank you to Jeremy for making tonight's dinner 🍽 extra special friendly and upbeat !!! Mahalo:)

Really enjoyed a lovely dinner and the fireworks show. Our waiter was attentive and the meal was delicious. It is a fine dinning restaurant but for a bottle of Prosecco and dinner for two, it wasn't too bad in terms of price.

Beautiful view and tasty food! We ordered the Pan Roasted Jidori Chicken Breast (the jus was to die for!) and Seared Ahi (cooked to perfection)! The waiter was attentive; never let our water glasses go empty. We had reservations for 5 pm and got seated with the best view. The desserts were also delicious (mango cheesecake and triple chocolate crunch cake) Definitely recommend!!

We had our wedding dinner here and it was phenomenal!!! The service was the best we’ve ever had. The attention to detail was incredible! The food was amazing! We would highly recommend Bali Oceanfront!

This was by far our best experience in Hawaii. A must go. The food and service were top notch.

Good food and drinks, friendly and helpful staff. Service is a little slow, but seems intentional so that the kitchen doesn't get backed up.
Had the tuna tartare, and the seafood tagliatelle. Both were delicious. The pasta itself in the entree was slightly overcooked and soft, but the rest of the dish more than made up for it. Was one of the best seafood pasta dishes I have ever had.
The drinks are fairly heavily overpriced, but tasty too.

I loved this restaurant! The view was amazing, especially since my partner and I were here for dinner, the sunset was nice to see. It is pricey, but worth it. The waiter that was serving us was very nice and had a great sense of humor and made sure we knew what we were ordering.
