We had a great experience with Vault Stor & Loc.

Some reviews might infer the manager is too strict, but in all honesty this is what you want in a manager that is taking responsibility for your items being stored there. He has very simple rules and they are all there in place to keep the facility safe for others and your belongings.

The initial tour he gives of the property is really fun and he goes over everything so you don't really have any follow-up questions.

I'm looking at this location to store my classic vehicle. The fellow I just talked with, Ron, was very pleasant, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I plan to rent partially due to his good customer service -- please note that the previous (negative) review was two years old. It's obvious things have changed (for the better) since then.

I have been using storage units at The Vault for many years. Ron is always friendly and helpful. I feel confident that my items are safe. The location is convenient. All in all, I am very pleased.

We chose this storage for the affordability, convenience and safety. We feel that our stuff is always secure and looked after. Ron, the owner, is incredibly on top of things and very kind. We highly recommend storing your stuff here!
