Drury Inn & Suites Terre Haute

We had a late check-in, and the hotel clerk was very nice. The location was right off the exit, and our room was next to the elevator, and still, the room was quiet. Bed, linens, and pillows are comfortable and fresh and clean. Breakfast is offered with many choice offerings. Typical hotel quality, but the service attendant was diligent and always made the area clean, replenished, and fresh.

FYI, there is a $50 incidentals refundable deposit, which is required at check-in. Usually, I've only had to wait till the next day to be refunded. Bonus pet friendly but comes at a non-refundable cost of $50. Although a little steep charge, it is a comparable going rate.

Also, there are many restaurants and fuel options nearby. We booked because of ratings. With that being said, ratings were on point. It's worth the extra money compared to other nearby hotel charges and ratings.

Most hotels seem about the same. Drury sets itself apart. Best customer service (and very nice and friendly throughout) I have experienced in a hotel so far and the dinner kick back, which is COMPLIMENTARY for guests was so awesome to experience!! I’ve not seen a hotel set itself apart like this before. This definitely gives them an edge and I will now lean towards them versus the other average hotels that don’t set themselves apart. Only draw back was my room had some traffic noise (it’s in a busy area, but also convenient area), but they have a fan in the rooms which helps.

Other thing I wish for is for kids to NOT be allowed in hot tub. I wanted to go in the hot tub but there was a kid in there and I couldn’t take my mind off the fact there was urine in there. Kids can’t help themselves in warm water, it just comes out.

Drurys is the best at customer service. Almost always sparkling clean, comfortable beds and good food. Kitchen manager had the staff make me a baked potato because other than the salad, I could not eat what they were serving on kick back menu. Drurys makes you feel like you're important to them. Also like that they have pet free rooms for us allergy challenged people. Thank you.

I was there for a kids' soccer tournament. The hotel was full of soccer players and parents, but the hotel staff treated everyone with respect. They were very friendly and nice, my room sheets and bed clean. I felted welcomed, and we were treated extremely well. Free breakfast and dinner were perfect if I had to go back to Terre Haute, I definitely would be back to this hotel.

I'm not even sure where to begin, so I'll start with the front desk. Jessika is simply amazing. You will not find a more professional, polite, and courteous hostess anywhere. We arrived early in town and she helped us with an early check-in. Our room was exactly what we needed. Clean room with a nice comfortable bed, slept great here. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The extra addition of optional evening drinks and food was wonderful. The breakfast and service was top notch in the morning. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, mini blueberry muffins, and so much more. The Drury Inn has become our #1 choice for hotels moving forward. We will definitely be back here in the future. Jessika deserves a raise too. She set the standard for what every stay should be like. I almost forgot the location. Perfectly located near several great shopping and eating locations.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The moment we stepped in it was fabulous darling fabulous! I've never stayed at this hotel chain before and I'm so happy we walked in and gave it a go! My man booked at the Hampton Inn across the street.. big mistake! I've never seen such a horrible room in my life! I would have rather stayed at the motel next to them. Thank God for this place! The front desk was super professional awesome hospitallity and friendly! We got a much bigger room on the highest floor without asking and the rate was thirty dollars less! The room was clean everywhere dust free and smelled great! The beds were so amazing it was like sleeping on clouds! The shower was very good and had everything you need! My man and I got alot of rest of which we needed since we had a long trip from Pennsylvania. Hot and cold breakfast is included and the hot breakfast was amazing! The sausage eggs biscuits and gravy and the potatoes were so yummy! I wish I can add the photos so you can see for yourself. They even have free popcorn and soda for a snack. And we just missed their free beverages after five. Thank you so much for this amazing stay! You made our night and day!

A great stay! This Drury is probably the oldest we have stayed in, but don't let that deter you. It is VERY clean and the rooms are nice. A little small but that didn't bother us. Loved the price too. Same wonderful breakfast and evening snacks with happy hour. Lobby is very nice! Great customer service checking in. Breakfast ladies were super sweet and did a great job keeping things stocked! I'm picky and we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice rooms. Has an indoor pool, laundry on the seventh floor, a little convenience store and breakfast and dinner. They also offer free drinks from 5 to 7.

We've been H2Sts customers for years but ended up at Drury last night and have to say "very impressed". Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and organized. Both the complimentary breakfast and happy hour was yummy. Handy parking near the door. We'll be back. Try it!!!

This place has such a great deal for you. They have free breakfast, free "snacks" in the evening which was more like dinner, and they give you a drink card for 3 drinks per night every night you stay. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Also they have popcorn in a popcorn machine for free as well. I highly recommend 👌

Drury Inn and Suites Terre Haute was a great hotel very clean pool was nice hot tub was great! Good location right off of 70. Breakfast looked great but didn't have time to try it we had to head to our next location. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was the best experience for being a hotel, nice hot tube also pool, free dinner with 3 Any kind of alcohol of your choice. Rooms were spotless I seriously have no regrets on booking this hotel! Staff are vary professional!!

We got into a car accident across the road from this hotel.
We were traveling from Chicago to Florida.
The front desk people allowed us to stay there with all our suitcases while we arranged for a rental to continue home.
Their kindness was so needed in the middle of our really bad time.
We are grateful beyond words.

I have stayed at this location several times in the past 5 years. Always clean and staff is so friendly. I would recommend this location and will stay there again.

From calling to see if they had rooms available till we checked out, we were met with nothing but kindness and hospitality. We have stayed in this hotel 2x now. We are an active duty army family who travels from CO to NY and back a few times a year and luckily found this hotel on our last trip. The gentleman who was working the desk last night (12/16) is a gem who deserves a raise. My child and I are both disabled and I have a task trained service dog and his service dog in training. So many hotels give us issues. The gentleman knew the two questions he was allowed to ask legally, and the only other words in regards to our dogs was ‘is there anything else I can do to make your stay easier’. That alone is 5* in my book. The beds in our room were 2 queens. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The room was quiet and clean. Having a separate door to the bathroom that latched was super helpful with our second kiddo, a toddler. We had minimal road noise on the 6th floor save for a fire truck but that obviously can’t be avoided. We did encounter one small issue with another dog approaching my dog. The other dog was leashed, but the owner did not have a hand on the leash in the lobby and based on behavior it was definitely not another service dog. That’s a huge liability. Our dog cost 60 grand to train. Overall we will happily continue to stop in to this hotel. We’re very grateful for the staff and their kindness. The food options nearby are great too. There’s more than just a McDonald’s for once haha.

Whole town was booked for cross country race. Every hotel jacked up prices even this one but not nearly as bad as other hotels. Even though the hotel was totally booked it didn't seem overcrowded because it was well run. Friendly service, good breakfast and friends staying at other locations were impressed when I told them about the evening dinner and drinks. Room was a little small, the king bed took up all the space but it was clean. 3rd drury inn I've stayed at and never let down.

One if the best hotels I have stayed in. Very well ruined, very friendly, rooms are clean and nice, food is really good and the staff was outstanding.

Great hotel! Staff was very kind and polite. The only regret was getting there at 7:10 when the complimentary food and beverages ended at 7:00. I wish someone had informed me of the evening social event. I would have planned my evening differently. Breakfast came with many options.

Great location- lots of restaurants and places close by. Our room and beds were very clean. They provided free dinner and drinks- which is unheard of at hotels nowadays usually, unless you want to pay an arm and a leg! They also had free popcorn and pop- who does that?!? The free breakfast was awesome- lots of choices and lots of food. The biscuits, potatoes and sausage were especially yummy! I’m big on free breakfasts at hotels and this was one of the best. The staff were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Definitely would stay here again and certainly would recommend! Worth every penny.

A great value by any measure. Clean, neat, and well organized. Complimentary amenities include a gym (not shown), continental breakfast, and plenty of seating areas throughout the first floor. The hotel staff asked if everything was fine, whether walking through or eating breakfast. The parking lot was clean, and we noticed one of the managers was sweeping around the curve side driveway.
