McDonald's

Everything was fine except these salty fries stop adding salt to those fries im not trying to die of high blood pressure this is the second time I’ve went there and it’s the same result every time. Would you eat these fries? And then look how much y’all gave me for a medium -__-

Was here 15 july. The staff and environment were great. This is the cleanest mcdonalds I've been in.

Food was perfect. And service wD on point

I had to leave a comment after my experience yesterday! When I came through the drive through I. Thought to myself it would be another bad experience! Nope not this time, I pulled up to the speaker and was welcomed by someone who actually wanted to work and was excited about her job. She repeated my order and made sure all my special requests was correct. I pulled around and I had to see who she was ( I forgot her name 😩) tall dark skin with curly hair, you definitely made my day!!! Thank you so much ❤

I work for DoorDash and visit mini McDonald’s across St. Louis. This is the first McDonald’s in a long time that was fast, friendly, polite, and didn’t look like they hated themselves best experience. I can remember McDonald’s as an adult.

I just went to this location this morning and ordered a
hot chocolate, sausage biscuit, and a hash brown, and I received such great service in drive thru⭐.... the young lady (had on a red jacket) that was handing out the food at the second window was on point⭐. Not only was she handling the drive thru, she was also addressing a matter with the service technician, who was explaining the repairs to her and instead of getting overwhelmed or having an attitude because it was a lot going on, she kept a positive attitude and a smile, and stayed professional as she worked with the customers and her co-workers. She helped me to be in a better mood, by the way she was handling her morning. Way to go and continue to be a positive example to those around you ⭐🙂.

I love the quick, fast friendly service

Honestly the only McDonald's I go to. Their service is way better than any other location in the area. Like every single time their stuff is working, their food is fresh and it actually comes out pretty quick. This has to be one of the better managed McDonald's by far

I’ve been coming to this Mc.Donald’s for years, i’ve had the opportunity to meet one of the new managers in blue shirt, tall dark , curly hair, i tried to call and leave a complement but no answer! I just want to say She’s the Best! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!

The staff here have the best customer service of any McDonald's I've ever experienced. I'll go out of my way to come here again.

Enjoyed my ice cream cone today first they brought out ice cream cone in a cup. I told the worker to take it back and bring my ice cream cone with the highest height

I like their customer service. The young kids working there are AWESOME!! Very sweet!! The manager Reggie is super nice. I buy 100-180 cheeseburgers every Tuesday for our homeless outreach and then some! I wish I could call in my order bc it takes awhile to wait for that many burgers. I also wish they would let the homeless in to use their bathrooms!!

Couldn’t find parking for a restaurant so saw this McDonald’s and pulled in the drive thru. Absolute nicest workers from the ordering to the pick up! Food was hot and fresh. Even the gentleman outside picking up trash was taking great pride in his work. I actually don’t frequent McDonald’s but this was delicious and staffed with very friendly people!

Always clean and friendly. Food come fast. They have never screwed up my order (been here a dozen times). One of the better run McDonald's. The only negative thing is the customers sometimes throw fits for bogus reasons.

Hot ham n cheese good!

I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely well kept. The service was a little slow but I probably came at a peak time. My food was hot and accurate. It was an enjoyable experience.

The have compassion for those who are cold homeless, giving them a warmer for a small period of time.
And they make really good food.
Super size. Yeah Mc Donald's has a super size ❤.
