Went there for an oil change in two of my vehicles. Service was prompt and friendly. They found issues on one of them and gave me the three option to have it taken care of then. I will return.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change and they had me come in at 12:15. I got there at 12 to make sure I was there plenty early. I was told that it could be a couple of hours, so I asked for a ride, because that is a long time to wait for an oil change. I was told that I would get one, by the most crabby old man I've ever dealt with, when the driver got back. I waited for 2 1/2 hours with no ride or even so much as an update. The service was done and could have earned a 5 star review, but the complete lack of concern for my time was unbelievable. I expected to wait an hour or so, but 2 1/2hrs made me feel like I wasn't exactly valued as a customer. I do intend to go back for my next oil change, but I hope there is a change in the level of courtesy in the front end.

High price oil change, prices went up
