The sales associate in the furniture department was so kind and helpful! She even told us about a great coupon which saved us some serious money! Then another associate helped load the furniture! Kindness from the cashier as well! I will shop here more often!

People here are always friendly. The store is always clean. They offer a lot of things that you could buy at places like Walmart for like a third of the price. and they often have things that other stores are sold out of such as toilet paper yay toilet paper.

My girl Lisa Thompson has dedicated herself to the company for many many years! Such a sweet person and is very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She will stop what she's doing and assist you right away. Love her personality!! 🌹😊

I really like Big lots they sell a variety of things sometimes i think prices are higher than should be on some food that is in freezer but most food on shelf is great prices. Overall Big Lots is a great store its always organized and clean which is a big plus for me.

I love this store. It has such a variety of products...my only downfall was that I was recently diagnosed with lung cancer and have a terrible time breathing when walking. As soon as I entered the store, I had to sit in a recliner to catch my breath. This store does not offer mobile devices for handicapped people. I am totally new to this handicap but I do think having a mobile vehicle for your customers would be a BIG PLUS for your store. Thank you!!!

I was very pleased with my experience at this store, Betty was very helpful with getting my new card since I forgotten what no I had my old one under and also getting me set up and checked out presently.

Love this place. The young lady who helped us at the register (on Christmas Eve) was warm and friendly. It was a very good experience and I would return there based just on her kind and thoughtful attitude.

The biglots associates are very friendly, and are more than welcome to help you find whatever you need. Selections are great in grocery, decor, and furniture. They seem to strive for excellence due to the smiles on their faces

Nice place to go to very good selection of things there you can use like the Ghost pepper hot sauce it was awesome.

They have really good deals here. And of all the places that I've been that have lots this place definitely have the biggest ones. And I think, if I'm not mistaken, that's why they call this place big lots :-)

Went to Ashley Furniture, Furniture Row ended up at Big Lots. Cannot beat their prices on furniture! Super helpful staff as well. No pressure sales. A++++
