Ashley Store

We could not have had a better experience! The woman who helped us was absolutely wonderful and even our toddler enjoyed going into the store. Staff across the board was friendly and so kind. We will definitely come back when we need more furniture! Highly recommend. In a world of increased automation and terrible customer service, I am genuinely impressed.

Lacie was amazing!!! She didn’t make my husband and I feel pressured. We were looking for a new couch. She did, however, help us find an amazing couch that we both loved. She helped with the dimensions and making sure it was going to fit in our home the way we wanted. I would definitely go to Ashley furniture again.

Dakota Ladd (Associate Sales Manager) was the only one at the store when I came in and was already tending to multiple other customers so I waited patiently. By the time it was my turn, it was already past regular business hours, granted I came in 30 minutes before closing time. Dakota stayed over an hour past closing time to help me get my bed set ordered and financing finished. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Stopped in the Terre Haute Ashley store today to browse. Was treated so well by the 2 gentlemen who were working!! (one was Kevin Simpson, but I did not get the other gentleman’s name but he had a long white jacket on)
They were friendly, polite and had great sense of humor which is so necessary when dealing with customers anywhere ! Their demeanor would definitely encourage me to go to that store again when I’m ready to purchase furniture!! Thank you guys!!!

Our sales associate, Raelee Crouch, was very knowledgeable and was able to offer us several options, adequately explaining the pros and cons of each choice. She was very thorough and most pleasant to work with. Our experience was excellent mainly because of her friendliness and expertise.
