Thomas Moyer, an estimator from Klaus Roofing, recently came to my house to evaluate my roof and provide an estimate for a roof replacement. I was extremely impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. Thomas spent a considerable amount of time inspecting every aspect of the roof, ensuring nothing was overlooked. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with numerous valuable pieces of advice. His expertise and dedication to customer service were truly exceptional. I deeply appreciate his work and highly recommend Thomas and Klaus Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. Five stars well deserved!

We were super pleased that Klaus Roofing could come out so soon after we called. Marcus even offered to come a couple hours earlier. He was very thorough in his evaluation of our roof regarding a potential leak. He covered the potential causes and explained various approaches to the problem of mold growth in our attic. It was good to have a "Klaus on our house".

We needed a roof replaced on our house on the Oregon coast. We interviewed representatives from five companies, and Klaus was by far the best choice. Jacob explained the process in depth to us and answered all of our questions, and Thomas Moyer did a beautiful job on the roof. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to work with very professional people who get the job done!

My experience with Klaus Roofing was extraordinary! Here are some of my takeaways from the experience:

• Our sales rep, Casey was very pleasant, forthright, and knowledgeable about the products used on our house.

• Casey was extremely responsive with us, including multiple check-ins with us prior to the install.

• When a spot opened up for install, Casey contacted me to see if we wanted the slot. This was 2 weeks ahead of the original date.

• Haus had a Project Manager assigned to our project. Thomas was there before the crew arrived, explained the timeline, schedule, and potential weather issues. Thomas did an exceptional job at keeping things rolling in spite of a few hiccups with the shingles, such as delivering multiple squares to the house where they installed what they could on day one. Had the shingles been delivered day one, I believe it would have been a one-day project.

• What I loved about Thomas is he prepared me for the worst case scenario and over-delivered. They wrapped up the project in two days and beat the e weather when they needed to. Thanks in part to Thomas’s leadership.

• The crew: The crew was polite and very gracious to my wife and me. The worked their rear ends off for two days to get the job done before weather came in. Each day they worked until dusk, never seeming to be out of synch with each other.

• The site Foreman, Horacio (sp), was extremely polite and competent. Having him on the roof directing and having Thomas handling logistics was so efficient. While one led the crew, the other (Thomas) kept things moving, handling logistics, running for supplies and materials so the crew did not have to stop for down time.

The ancillary crews at Haus were also very professional and courteous. From the dumpster delivery and pick up to the shingle delivery and clean-up, everyone was professional and personable.

As you may gather from this review, I would recommend Klaus Roofing to anyone. I did not take the lowest bid, I chose the best product, best application, and the best service for my roof.

It’s unfortunate that this roof is warranties for 50 years. It means that this is the last roof I will ever have to put on. If I do need another roof, I’d choose Klaus again.

From the beginning of this process I found Klaus Roofing to be an excellent experience.
The Salesperson Kevin Peer, knew his product and his assessment of my needs was spot on. The Project manager, Thomas Moyer, is professional and sensitive to client responses. When he told me my skylights (7) needed replacing, he explained to me the reasoning behind his recommendation to replace rather than to repair. The crew members are respectful of the property they are working on and don't trash the existing areas. After the project was completed, the crew cleaned up the grounds surrounding my home.
Without hesitation, my experience with Klaus Roofing is a 10.

Thomas Moyer did an excellent job providing me with a quote for my not so standard roofing project. He was very detailed and thoroughly explained everything. I’m looking forward to my new roof!

Josh Bruce came out to our house to assess some issues with leaking as related to our roof. He was very diligent and took his time to assess everything. He took videos and photos to show the specific problems in our attic and with our current roof/shingles, etc. He spent a lot of time explaining the entire process, the background of the company, the products they use, their values, etc. I got a very detailed picture of what the project would entail. While we are still weighing our options and haven’t made any official decisions yet, I am happy with the level of service we’ve gotten so far. It’s clear this is a reputable and quality company!

From start to finish Klaus Roofing Systems of Oregon exceeded our expectations on every level. We couldn't have been more impressed with the quality, efficiency, and integrity of the work displayed. They came to the rescue!
We are a large resort on the Oregon coast and experience extreme weather. If we have roofs that leak we are forced to close those spaces which results in lost revenue.

When I called and spoke to their sales manager Walt, and explained our situation he drove to Gleneden Beach the next day from Eugene to diagnose the problem. We hired them and the team arrived at the resort a few days later. It took them only # days to complete the project. This meant the world to our business.
This company has trained roofers on the job and foremen on the ground to manage the project. Jonathan was our foreman. He was always there to answer my questions and to discuss potential problems with other roofs on the property. He even fixed a separate chimney leak.
Their level of care, professionalism, dependability and reliability was more than we ever experienced in the past. We were blown away! We work with dozens of vendors all year long and have experienced a company with such high standards and integrity.
We look forward to continuing our relationship with Klaus Roofing Systems of Oregon. They are top notch and so are the materials they use and the warranty they offer.

Yesterday we had Thomas Moyer from Klaus Roofing out of to give us an evaluation of our roof and gutters. Thomas was very knowledgeable, thorough and informative and went over everything step by step and explained all available options. He also had samples of all the materials Klaus Roofing uses which are all top line products. When you are in need of a new roof and gutters I would strongly recommend having Thomas from Klaus Roofing give you an estimate.

Very impressed with Klaus Roofing! Extremely well prepared and professional. They have a detailed and thorough approach to roofing. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail on the job!

January ice storm - Josh Bruce with Klaus Roofing made life so much easier! During a prep call for a prompt assessment visit, he cared more about helping us than in getting our business, when he reminded us that our previous roofer might be our cheapest solution as they might cover some of the work under warranty! He was prompt, courteous, personable and a pleasure to work with, although it was just briefly.

I couldn’t have asked for a more exceptional experience than what I received with Josh. His professionalism is well beyond what I have experienced in the trades and his attention to detail left nothing to chance. Lastly, instead of “shooting from the lip” when he wasn’t quite sure on something I was requesting ( often I have experienced contractors who don’t know something and just add more to the bid rather than take the time to work it out), Josh let me know he would do some research to find out what it would take for them to include it. I highly recommend Josh if you need a honest and professional estimate/bid on your roofing project.

Jacob came to the rescue to look at my roof after some water damage occurred in the home from the recent ice storm. He’s throwing together an estimate out of the kindness of his heart to help me get this damage claimed by insurance, who is trying to deny the claims. He was so kind and knowledgeable! Definitely would love to use this company for the work that needs done!!!

Marcus Smith-Chisholm was in my neighborhood and was kind enough to check my roof. He was an outstanding representative of your company and we will certainly use the company for future needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, & a great employee!

We were pleased that we had a quick response to our initial call. We were very impressed with Josh the sales representatives presentation. He was very informative and took his time to answer all of our questions. The appointment to replace the roof was set up two weeks after we accepted the bid. They were on time and Johnathan the job foreman was on site each day until the job was done. He was very informative and let us know how things were progressing. Each day he made sure that things were in good order and cleaned up. Johnathan took us on a walk through when everything was completed. We are very pleased with job that was done and would definitely recommend their services to neighbors, friends and family.

We've just spent 3 hours with Josh Bruce of Klaus Roofing. In this time we were presented with a professioal analysis of the problems with our roof. Even though the bid was breathtaking he made and exlpained in great details of what needs to be done. His demonstration of what would happen. Great job Josh.

When our old gutter system began to fail, we called Klaus Roofing. (gutters) and their inspector. Josh Bruce called and came to our home the next day. Josh inspected our system and identified the areas that were failing. He gave us clear explanations and answered all of our questions. Josh is very personable and yet very professional when he came back to have us sign the contract for new raindrop gutters he even drained and removed our garden hoses and put our
faucet covers on before the big freeze.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Josh. We highly recommend him.

I had five roofing contractors visit us to provide quotes for our pending roof replacement. Their presentation skills, product knowledge as well as their actual inspection of the condition of the existing roof varied from one star to five stars. Josh was the only 5 star visit, and there were no 4's.

Klaus Roofing Systems was responsive and and kept me updated as to when someone would be able to make it out to look at a leak. Bryce and Silas were very professional, communicative, and personable. I very much appreciate them and their work, would highly recommend.
