Eugene Animal Hospital PC

I used to take my cat to see Dr Polk at a different clinic, however when he left for Eugene Animal Hospital I did not follow, at first. After a few years of feeling like my vets were doing the bare minimum and misdiagnosing my cat with heart failure, an expensive $2,500 heart specialist bill, and her seeing a different specialist we found it was asthma, not her heart, I left. I came to Eugene Animal Hospital because Dr Polk was always amazing with her, and I've stayed because not only does that still ring true, but the staff is also friendly, kind, and patient. Their prices are affordable and I honestly couldn't ask for a better veterinary hospital for my two cats. Thank you!!!

Dr Polk is wonderful with my pets, my cat gets very scared at vet offices and not only is Dr Polk gentle and kind with her but the vet tech was very loving. She snuggled up to the tech and felt very comfortable with her as she was given her exam and as they had to take blood for labs. This is the best vet place I have been and I take all my pets here, they are kind and loving with the animals and its super easy to make appointments

Dr. Polk & staff were friendly, comforting and knowledgeable with our rescue puppy's 1st vet visit. They answered all of our questions and made the extra effort to get on the floor to examine our pup. We had a very good experience and I am comfortable recommending them.

I have consistently received the highest standards of care for all of my animals. The staff is compassionate and caring and will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. Dr Jodi and her team remain the number one animal practice in the area.

I have been bringing Coco to Eugene Animal Hospital since she was 8 weeks old. She is almost 3 now.
She loves going for checks-ups and immunizations. She loves everyone and sees it as a social occasion.
Everyone is friendly, thorough and professional. The fees are competitive.
I highly recommend them.

LOVE them! I was visiting from out of town and they got me in within 10 minutes and I was able to get the meds for my pup that he needed. Would highly recommend!

This is the best vet we have been to! Our two furbabies have never received such loving and gentle care. Our babies are usually scared and anxious at the vet. But here they walk to the techs and lay down in the rooms. The way they listen and work with you to find answers is something you don't find these days. We are so thankful to have them!

A practice with heart ❤. Dr.Jodi is the best surgeon I have ever worked with, Dr.Polk is a gifted dentist; and the entire staff is there because of their true love for animals. I am blessed to continue to work beside this animal hospital. 💖

I brought my dog here after receiving a lack of care from my previous vet. She was having some upset stomach and diarrhea. My funds are really tight and they found a way to work with me and what I could afford to help my dog. When I explained that I couldn’t afford something to my previous vet, they basically told me I was out of luck. The vets here continued to help me. I’m feeling very appreciated and supported already, even after the second visit.

I'm going to write this in all Caps because the service My Kitty Bairn received is worth it!! EVERYONE FROM MY 1ST CALL ( BRITTANI ) TO THE DOCTOR, DR. MORRISON WERE BEYOND COMPASSIONATE AND VERY ATTENTIVE. I WENT IN HEARTBROKEN THINKING I WOULD HAVE TO PUT MY KITTY DOWN. THE THOUGHT OF LOSING MY KITTY WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOSS I DON'T KNOW IF I COULD HAVE TAKEN. I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT EUGENE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!! Really kind staff, aubury (I think was her name) was super helpful on the phone, and helped get my cat medication and an appointment very seamlessly!

I am so very pleased with the loving care all of the staff give my cats & me. They talk gently with each of them showing much compassion.

They are good about sharing helpful information -- I am thankful to have their guidance & care. The whole staff makes us feel like family.

We have come to the Eugene Animal Hospital for 8 years -- I am VERY THANKFUL for them -- wish I'd found them years before!!!

Dr. Jodi is the BEST vet on the planet! Staff is sweet too. Cannot recommend it enough. Take your pets here to be treated with love and care.

The staff is so sweet and made my anxious 7 yo lab/pitty feel comfortable while doing her exam. They also very much respected that she isn’t good with other dogs and waited until the whole place was clear of other dogs before taking her to get checked. Might not seem like a big thing but it meant a lot to me that they did that with no judgement. Dr. Polk and the sweet tech were amazing and knowledgeable about everything and gave us her results timely. Thanks!

We have been bringing our pets here for years! The staff is compassionate and caring and give our pets the best care and attention we could ask for. We have never had an issue getting in to be seen, even when emergency’s arise. Thankyou Eugene Animal Hospital for taking such great care of our fur babies over the years!

I have taken my little boy Freddie Flash (a pug mix) for over 8 years to this animal hospital. Not only have they been amazingly loving towards him but, they listen and know what they are doing. They are extremely gentle and give great guidance. Pricing is also very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough. Feel extremely comfortable bringing your furbaby here.

Dr. Polk is super nice and personable! He's seen my dog and 2 cats. He explains things very well. I can't recommend this place enough. I still come here even though there are other vet clinics near me.

Update:
I love this place! Dr. Morrison is amazing! Ever since she suggested CBD and prescription food for my dog, he hasn't had any seizures. The staff are also very friendly and efficient. My dog has been here for almost 2 years now and we're very happy with the service!

5 star all the way. This is the 3rd time I've been here for my 14 month old pup with a newly diagnosed idiopathic epilepsy. Dr. Schur and the vet staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are pretty great at calling me back right away for appointment, test results, or whatever questions I may have. Dr. Schur is great at explaining what's going on and options available for my dog's needs. I'm glad I chose to come here for my pup.

I have been taking my animals to Eugene Animal Hospital for many years. Mostly for routine visits and vaccinations. Recently my little girl was attacked which broke her jaw. 😢 Unfortunately, this occured within a week of her having dental surgery!

Dr Morrison and Dr Jodi are so compassionate and care about animals so much, but they have a heart for owners too. I cannot express in words my gratitude and appreciation of their understanding of my situation and the compassion they have for my dog and other animals.

I highly recommend Eugene Animal Hospital, the veterinarians, the courteous staff and their heart for animals.

I love the staff here. I trust them with my cats, regardless of who is handling them. Everyone that works here is kind to my cats and makes me feel welcome. Both Dr Polk and Dr Jodi are great. When my childhood cat passed, a staff member offered their personal phone number so I could call her if I was needing support. They also covered my cats cremation and urn. It was unexpected and also extremely kind. I have had four cats seen at their practice and could not recommend them more.

I have been a client of Eugene Animal Hospital for around ,20 years. They have consistently provided my cats with the absolute best quality care. The doctors and entire staff are amazing. Truly kind, wonderful, caring people. I would never trust any other place with my cats!
