Sav-On Drugs Pharmacy

Very helpful pharmacy. They answer the phone promptly, explain any delays, answered questions about where to request refills after a hospital stay. They even asked how my relative was doing when I went back the next week to pick up something else. Great service!

The staff at this location are extremely helpful! I've been using this pharmacy for well over 10 years and there's a reason.. because they're Awesome! Very helpful and doing the extra work needed when my Doctors are taking forever to approve refills.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff at this SAVON. They remember my name, always have my prescriptions ready when I get there. They are helpful in answering my prescription questions. Extremely satisfied for the 7 years I have been going to this pharmacy

If you'd like help at their customer service desk during the hours they claim to be operating make sure you call ahead seeing how I must be wrong that 7:41 pm is before 8:00pm as their sign reads is when they are closed. I should have known this place wasn't worth a second chance when their deli didn't have the hot food available at 3 pm my previous visit.

Horrible experiences lately with each member of our family. If you're thinking of filling your prescriptions here, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Their auto refill through text messages does not work and they just blame me saying it was never ordered. I have text messages from them saying otherwise, my orders were confirmed. They don't care and are probably not going to look into that problem. I've several times now had the situation of them not having a medication in stock and they never notified me. I'm just waiting for a week for it to be filled with no one ever letting me know. They just claim I either should have gotten a message or that they never had the refill request. They are playing with people's lives that need their medication and don't seem to care at all. Now they messed up sending my prescription to another sav on, sending an old and incorrect prescription. The main street sav on turned out to be even worse. Done with sav on pharmacies.

Be careful on your medication. I was prescribed 90 pills per month and they only gave me 63 of them and said they told me this wasn’t partial. So they won’t give me the rest of them. Pretty shady

Very rude and treat people based on which kind of prescription they receive. The wait is always very long for medications called in a day ahead of time and they seem to not care how people are treated. A few select employees do seem to work very hard while the rest are absolute garbage.
