Absolutely love love love this restaurant!! The food is phenomenal and the staff are outstanding!! I finally found a place that makes homemade corned beef hash like my mama did. The food here is like food coming out of your grandma's kitchen! I highly highly highly suggest this restaurant! If you live in Salem-Keizer area and have you not been here you don't know what you are missing! I would get down here as soon as possible! I promise you will be a returning customer!

This is mine and my husband’s new favorite spot! We were so impressed with the quality of service, the delicious food, and the laid back atmosphere. We were in and out within 35 minutes! The dining room is very cute and gives an old diner vibe. Patty was so friendly and on top of service, and the cook was super friendly as well. Just a really great spot with delicious food. Definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch!

Good food and fast and attentive service. A bit of a wait for the food, but that is to be expected with a full restaurant. Lots of vegetarian and allergy-sensitive options as well. Excited to come back here in the future!

Cute, quaint local place with friendly staff and great specials! A friend and I came here while I was in town visiting her and we were immediately charmed by the neighborly atmosphere. The specials were unique and definitely worth it. I always like to ask for recommendations and the chef steered me towards the bacon hash which I didn't regret. When ordering, I asked our server about the sides and he recommended the jalapeno cheddar biscuit - it was AMAZING! My friend got the lemon poppyseed pancakes - also delicious! I asked about the potato soup and they offered us samples! It was well worth it because we got two orders to go for lunch.
I would definitely come back here or recommend it to a friend for a casual, comforting meal.

First time here, visiting from Illinois and met a friend here for breakfast. Service was excellent, food was good with plenty on the plate. Would come again when in the area.

Everything was fantastic! I loved the lemon poppyseed pancakes and the biscuits and gravy were very flavorful. I think they are my new favorite in Salem. My partner loved the French toast. They even seasoned the eggs, which almost never happens. It was a little confusing about whether or not to seat yourself because there was no sign or host stand (they seat you). My only issue was not with the restaurant itself, but we had to change our order to a to-go order because right after we ordered a woman was sat behind us with an overpowering perfume smell. It was like she bathed in it, and I immediately started getting a migraine. When we asked them to change our order to to-go, they had no issue. We got everything for $32. We will definitely be back, but will probably just order to go to be safe since the dining area is smaller.

Today my wife and I traveled to Salem from Portland to eat at another place but after being told we would have a two hour wait we found Patty's Off-Center Cafe. We instantly fell in love with this place. The service and atmosphere of the place were amazing. The food was also amazingly good. We most definitely will be returning to this place.

I had Eggs Benedict and my husband had pancakes. Both were excellent. So much detail to flavor and presentation. Highly recommended. Honestly, best breakfast ever! Service was great and the chef came out to check on his patrons. Need I say more? Please visit if you’re in the area. You will regret it if you don’t :)

First time and I cannot explain enough how amazing was the food and service at this place. I’m a vegetarian and they had a Tofu Scramble breakfast that tasted glorious. It tasted properly without any meat crossover. VERY RECOMENDAD for people looking for veggie options. Coffee and Orange juice, GREAT. But the service was OVER & BEYOND good. Thanks for everything.

We went to this adorable little cafe for Mother’s Day brunch after the place we originally were going to meet was so busy we didn’t want to wait. Looked on Google and this place popped up with great reviews. We are SOOOOOOO happy the other place was too busy! We will DEFINITELY be back. We live in Beaverton and it’s SOOOOOO worth the drive! EVERYONE’S breakfast was delicious! AND everyone that was working there was hustling and so friendly! Thank you for a wonderful Mother’s Day meal!

We were passing through on our way to Eugene from Illinois and wanted to find a local breakfast place. Wow did we get lucky. So cute and the staff makes you feel right at home. Yummy food and the chef was a blast and made a dolphin out of my banana. 🤣. Look close and zoom in on the door Pic xo

Ok, this place is awesome! Stopped in while on a solo-road trip, and so lucky I did! Service was quick & friendly! (Pretty sure it was Patty herself serving…?? So rad!) Great menu options, from Mexican Scramble to Burgers! I got the Standard Breakfast with a short stack and it was INSANELY delicious. No joke, I was very impressed at how authentic and natural everything tasted.

Not only that, the place felt cozy and perfect for a breakfast meal.

Such an attentive and excellent staff. Our waitress was helpful with our allergy needs and knew just what adjustments to make to our order. The lemon poppyseed pancakes...wow! And yum!

Hands down the best cafe in the area. They give exceptional service and always have a welcoming environment, almost feels like a second family when I am there with my kids. I would 10/10 recommend this establish each time. Food is amazing and comes out quickly.

We were party of 3 and ordered Mediterranean Scramble, Ultimate Scramble and tofu scramble everything was so good and tasty. Excellent quantity in reasonable price. We couldn't finish one dish but couldn't take in to go as we came from Seattle and regret it though!!

This cute little diner/Cafe located off of 17th and center is just adorable. If you enjoy quality food and friendly staff that pays attention this is the place for you. Every plated walked passed my table on the way to its destination looked amazing. Make sure to try their French toast when you get the chance. It's made with thick slices of challah bread that was topped with oats and thin sliced almonds. The fruit syrup is made on site and was just amazing. Definitely ordering it again next time. I recommend getting their early because they fill up quick.

Visited for breakfast on my wedding day with my bridal party. The food was lovely, and the people were even lovelier! The chef came out to personally ask if we were enjoying our meal, and other kitchen staff congratulated me on our way out. The space was cozy, and we all adored the chicken-themed decor. Will absolutely go again with my husband if we get the chance!

We are first time visitors from out of town. Patty’s Off-Center Cafe (literally off of Center St) may not look like much from the outside but as soon as I walked in the door, it felt like I was at home in Mom’s kitchen ready for some good, home-style cooking - and that’s exactly what it was! The food was delicious and the presentation of the plates by far exceeded my expectations. You can tell that they truly take pride in their cooking! Not only did the food taste good but the pricing was definitely reasonable. The staff was super friendly and always made sure we were taken care of, the chef even went the extra mile to give us some bacon for our pupps outside! I highly recommend this restaurant!

We're a family of 4 and we all finished our breakfast. I'm the only vegan in my family and I loved the tofu scramble and I was happy with their non-dairy creamer options and vegan butter.

This place is authentic and wonderful! I can’t say enough about the service and the awesome food! It’s small but quaint! Great for romantic Saturday morning brunch!
