Last minute Christmas shopping for my very particular 17 year old son. Gwen was beyond helpful. I felt like she was my son’s personal stylist. She listened, advised and was so kind and patient with me.

If you go to Zumiez ask for Gwen and I promise you won’t be disappointed, you will be blown away!

I rarely leave reviews but felt that I just had to! I went out Christmas shopping for my 13 year old grandson, and Zumies was my destination. I knew I was looking for Empyre pants, but it can be overwhelming for a Gramma that hasn't shopped for "skaters" clothing in over a decade. I encountered Carlos, at the
downtown Salem location, and he provided me with some of the best customer service I've received in years. He directed me to "dope" pants, and t-shirts to accompany them. He was so patient and attentive, and made my shopping experience pleasant. I know my Grandson is gonna be very happy with his gift, and is gonna wonder how in the world his Gramma managed to pick out something so awesome!

Went and got my son his first skateboard built and (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) the gentleman in the back with the boards was very helpful and kind. He was informative and knowledgeable. All around great experience. Highly recommend!!

I took my brother in to build a skateboard and the individual helping really knew what he was talking very nice and respectful I will be glad to take my brother once again to buy more parts from them. The service was great, fast, and easy.

The best customer service! I recently order my boys a hoodie and after realizing I had my old address as my shipping address I immediately emailed and was told there was nothing they could do because the package already left their warehouse, I was so upset but understood. After waiting for it to be delivered I tried to go to the house it was delivered at and was told they never received any type of package, even though it said delivered on my end. Any way I called Zummiez customer service to figure out what I could do going forward and the guy on the phone was super amazing and took care of it by just reordering the items free of charge and resending to the correct address. I was so amazed on our quick and painless he made it and I would definitely recommend and shop there again!

I needed a couple of beginner boards for my girls and Jordan and the gang hooked me up huge! Got a Plan B and Santa Cruz with two packs of pads for an awesome price. The price was great for quality stuff, not cheapie Walmart boards. They are knowledgeable, polite and just plain rad! They need raises!

The staff was friendly and efficient. They found my husband the perfect shoes and took time to check in on him while he was trying them on. I am glad he finally found a pair he is really picky
