Super friendly and made me feel calm. I have really bad dental anxiety and they helped me not be nervous. I had a dental issue that needed immediate attention and i was able to get in 2 days later. This is way better than my old dentist who couldn't get me in for 3 months! Highly recommended!

I had a very rough morning and needed help desperately. I have severe dentist anxiety (and avoidance), no home dentist, and a broken filling!!! Not a good combo. Even through my confusing questions and panic everyone at Smiles Dental treated me with so much compassion and understanding from start to finish. After so many place refused to even give me a second to explain my situation this office not only listened but helped me find multiple solutions so that I could pick the best one for me. Seriously above and beyond, from the time I talked on the phone, to the time I was handed the paper work, to sitting in the chair, to walking out the door. I wish I was better at names! If I wasn’t so overwhelmed I would have gotten them all. Each of them deserved recognition. I will be sure to get them the next time I’m in. Thank you all!

Fantastic staff and service all around! I've been going to see Kristin (hygienist) for years, she's a master at taking care of my sensitive teeth during cleaning all with a delightful bedside manner. I highly recommend this location!

Amazing service, Kristen is the best . I love going to the dentist . I am currently located in hermiston and drive all the way down to Salem. I requested to go in on my Birthday and they were able to make that happen. They are not like other dentist they are open on Friday and very flexible schedule..

The best professional care I have ever received!! Haven’t been to a dentist since I was 9 years old. Went in today for the first time and Listened to my worries and concerns as well as explanations I needed to hear. Gave me all the blunt answers, they don’t play around they actually care for you! Very welcoming and met an awesome buddy from my home town! 100/100! Can’t wait for my future procedures!!

Smiles accommodated my short notice need to reschedule my cleaning appointment so I could use remaining insurance benefits for 2023. The hygienist, Kassandra, was outstanding. My teeth never felt this clean.. she also provided me with great tips for dealing with some ongoing gum issues. I will definitely see her for my next appointment.

I recently moved back to Salem, after 3+ years in Southern Oregon. When I visited my previous dental office (Smiles), my records were on file and I was given an appointment to return in a few days. All staff were friendly and efficient. I'm happy to be back.

Always makes us comfortable and is able to do work without too much pain. That's a plus in my book. He is worth the expense.

Smiles dental has helped me through a lot of the anxieties I've had about going back to the dentist. It really is a team that is full of people who care and want you to get better help and a better smile. I haven't felt that way about a dentistry office in many years.

My experience from beginning to end for getting dentures has been exceptional. I do not give out 5 stars easily. Yes I endorse them highly.

Everyone was great, from the receptionist to the dentist. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Update: I had a tooth removed today that was very difficult to extract. Both the dentist and her assistant were very professional and did a great job.

No one likes going to the dentist, but Smiles Dental makes your visit as pleasant as possible. Their office is clean and up-to-date, and the people are kind and efficient. Highly recommend.

It was my first visit and as soon as I walked in I knew this was my new dental home. Everyone was so sincerely friendly and welcoming. After my visit I felt very confident that this was were I would stay.

This dental practice is exceptional and so is the staff. I didn’t know what to expect and was surprised to find such a dedicated and well run corporate practice. Highly recommended.
