I was looking for a good dentist that cared about my dental health. Ben always consults with me on procedures and let's me decide what I want to do. He's friendly and not pushy.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. You are greeted with a smile and the waiting room is very appealing. From my very first visit with Dr. Ben Thomas, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. He is easy to talk to, he is understanding, listens to your concerns, answers your questions and is truly genuine. He also takes the time to explain your options and procedures. AND.....I hope he never leaves his practice and stays here in our beautiful "evergreen state". SLK

Dr. Thomas and his staff are top notch. Dr. Thomas is clam, mild mannered and has a great chair side manner, which is so important in dentistry. He is gentle and has created a relaxing atmosphere in his office. The staff are friendly, the technicians and hygienists are experienced and knowledgeable. They put effort into knowing their patients and not just treating them. I also come from a 20 year dental background and would highly recommend Dr. Thomas for any dental needs you have.

Dr. Thomas has been my dentist for several years. He's got a wonderful bedside manner, is thorough and caring in his work and is endlessly patient with my many, many questions. Each member of the staff is professional and friendly. My teeth are well looked after and if it's possible to enjoy going to the dentist, this is the practice that will make it so.

I've been benefiting from the services of Ben Thomas and his staff for several years now. Dr. Thomas continues to be one of the kindest dentists I have encountered, who always shows a sincere personal interest. It's like visiting a friend who just happens to keep an eye on your oral health. The hygienists are always so friendly, accommodating, and super informative about what's best for my specific home care. Even the ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for cleanings or dental work.

Dr. Ben and his staff make my twice yearly dental visits comfortable and quick. They are consistently on time and friendly. The front desk ladies are cheerful and efficient. Dr Ben recommends procedures that would protect or improve my oral health but he leaves the decision to me. And the up to date equipment speeds procedures. Dr. Ben will be my dentist until he retires.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ben Thomas and his staff. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Everyone is exceptionally caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I feel well taken care of but also well educated as to how to take the best care of my teeth!

Dr. Thomas is attentive, focused, professional and genuinely a nice guy. His assistant's are awesome as well. Lets not forget those wonderful ladies behind the desk out front with the texts, emails and phone calls to remind the forgetful folks like myself. The shots are painless and he has no issues getting you good and numb. Its the best dental experience I've had in a decade.

Dr. Thomas is an excellent dentist and I recommend him highly. He has a very calm friendly demeanor and is very thorough and clear in explaining issues and procedures. His work is excellent and he operates very efficiently. My dental work has always been comfortable and much less than my personal fears because of Dr. Thomas' skill.

The support staff at EFD is also great, from Dental Assistants to Dental Hygenists to the Office Staff. They provide a very personable welcoming atmosphere.

I am completely satisfied with my care by Dr. Thomas and his staff and expect to continue to visit Eugene Family Dental for my regular cleanings, check ups and dental work for many more years.

Great Dentist and staff! They are all so friendly. I never feel like I am being pressured in to any treatments that aren't necessary. Honest, straightforward and so so friendly! Plus my teeth always feel so clean after I leave :) I recommend them to all of my friends and family who are in need of a new Dentist.

My last visit was, as usual, just fine. I am old enough to remember when dental care was dreaded and downright uncomfortable. Not so anymore. Dr. Ben and his staff do everything possible to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They are careful, take their time, and without a doubt fully capable of handing my tooth problems. I feel lucky to have found them when I moved into Eugene, and am more than willing to recommend them to family and friends.

I recently visited Dr Thomas' office for a routine cleaning. It was my first adventure into the office since the Covid-19 pandemic started. I was nervous to go in, but I was very impressed and reassured once I got there. Everyone in the office was paying very close attention to the safety protocols. The information and instructions on how to enter the office was all very clear, and followed by the staff closely. It is evident that Dr Thomas is taking this situation seriously and has done his research. He is equally concerned for his staff and all of his clients. He has invested in the PPE needed to keep his staff and his clients safe. I appreciate that.

I always look forward to going to the dentist! Ben and his staff are highly professional but personal and I feel like I not only get great dental care but also by really caring and sensitive people. Their office is inviting and easy to get to as well with easy access and lots of parking.

For having to go to the dentist twice a year Eugene Family Dental makes it not so bad. The staff up front is always very friendly upon arrival and when leaving. The hygienists and Dr. Thomas are very professional and courteous. Now just need to do the work at home so they don't have to do too much on me there!

Dr Robert Gay extracted 4 teeth, I don’t usually do reviews, but I’m very impressed with Dr Robert Gay, I’m a new patient in this office and no way I’m changing Dentists now. He was very cautious and considerate of my comfort level, .. the staff is wonderful, Dean was super gentle when cleaning my teeth. Thank you Dr Robert, Dean and Sandy you guys don’t know how much this means to me IM ON MY WAY TO BRACES 🤗

My husband and I both think Dr. Ben Thomas and his staff are terrific! We've been seeing them for almost 5 years and cannot be happier with the professional services they provide. They also have referred me to excellent professionals for procedures outside of their services like implants and root canals.

When my long-term dentist of over 30 years retired (Richard Gabriel), my dental care has now been handled by Dr. Ben. I knew he'd be good when Richard decided he would become Dr. Ben's patient, too. I've been very pleased with the staff, Dr. Ben, and how they help me maintain my dental health. I love the remodeled office, and the new to me fluoride varnish to help protect my teeth!!!
