I love the reliability this store brings to curbside pickup. They always have great substituted products and the new curbside is very convienant! I use CVS in the store and it's lot less busy than the actual pharmacy.

I’ve had no issues with this CVS location over the past few months. There is usually a line of one or two people and it goes quickly. Update: After about 1 year it hasn't changed. Still a quick pharmacy. I've had much worse experiences at Walmart and others, so I would recommend it. They stopped doing vaccines which is weird, but doesn't affect me.

I was greeted warmly and with a courteous manner, Caleb was sure to accurately check my order and fill me in on the information I needed all while making the visit was quick and fun.

The staff is very friendly but not enough of them need to hire more people. There is an employee who is extremely helpful his name is Jack and he always greeted me by calling my name.

I went to this location to inquire about one of my rxs yesterday (1/12/2022). Karrick was the awesome guy that helped me. He explained it was being worked on right now and told me it would probably be about 20 minutes. I told him that was no problem and browsed the store. I received a text after about 10 minutes that the rx was ready. Half the time he thought! Well done! He was funny when he handled giving me my rx. He was genuine as well. It was not fake. He is an example of what true stellar customer service is like. Thanks, Karrick!

It’s a Cvs. Yes. But the women and man that work here are super cool ppl. My 3 hr old tells them life events every time. They know him. Definitely typical Eugene untrusting at first. (I have sleeve tattoos and get that often) but once they see you for a few months it’s NOT a regular cvs. It’s a “mission” for my 3 year old bec he gets a bravery heart. (Sticker they have. Ask for it parents!) any way. I these ppl are dope. Goodnight.

All the pharmacy crew is friendly and helpful! Especially Jake and Ben since they are the ones who usually help me.

This pharmacy has kind and knowledgeable people staffing it. They are way overworked but seem to make time regardless.

Even while working on a skeleton crew the staff were kind, helpful, efficient, and even answered the phone when we called.

I've used this pharmacy for 20 years. No line, fast Rx fills and always kind, friendly and helpful staff.

The pharmacist was extremely polite and helpful in getting my out of state prescription refilled for me..

This CVS location has definitely been a hit or miss for a lot of people based on their reviews. But, in my case, they have been consistently providing great service. I switched over to CVS when Bi-Mart initially closed their pharmacies down. It was an easy process and they were able to refill my prescriptions fairly soon after the switch. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, and they get you checked out as quickly as possible. This location does get quite busy at times but they do their best. I hadn’t had any negative experiences with them until December of 2022, and this was not with the regular Pharmacist or any of the usual staff I have interacted with. I believe they had hired seasonal staff for the busy holiday season, and my interaction with one of the new people was not the friendliest, but it wasn’t enough to make me want to write a hasty, fuming review over one slightly negative experience. Nobody is perfect, and you never know what someone else is going through. So please be kind to the staff, they are extremely short staffed and over worked, and they’re doing their best!
