I walked in needing a box spring for my daughter at Ball State. Chase couldnt have been more helpful and professional. You should throw that guy bonuses and try and keep him as long as you can. Couldn't have been a nicer guy to deal with.

We was greeted by a young gentleman by the name Chase , he was so pleasant, knowledgeable and patient while we walked around and around trying out beds . Super nice and funny guy ! Check out mattress firm and ask for chase !!

My need was a simple parts order. I called the local store to see if they had the part in stock; they didn’t but Jerry offered to order it for us, which he did quite efficiently.

My wife and I had no idea what to look for in a mattress. Evan Burke took his time and went through all of the different products and features. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We learned so much. My wife was the one that was adamant we needed a new mattress. I was not looking forward to getting one. After spending a little over an hour with Evan, I can’t wait for our new mattress to get here.

The manager Jerome throughly answered all our questions on more than one mattress. He was honest and gave us an amazing deal and we would definitely go there again for future purchases.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, with great customer service here. My fiance and I were running late moving into our new apartment, and we had to rush to get to the store, before it closed. Not only did Don Warren wait for us after hours, but he even helped get the mattress and base out. If he hadn't done that we would have spent an extra $200 in van miles to come back the next day.
