I was in this store today and went shopping and needed assistance, the staff was amazing at helping me with all my needs. I also had trouble using my card and they had to call the manager over and she was also very helpful and went above and beyond at making sure my coupons worked and registering my app. Robin and her staff are amazing in such a store desert of the Muncie mall!!

I just had to go into the Muncie store due to my delivered candles from my online order being broken. Briana was the sweet gal that greeted me and tried to assist with me with it but Robin the store manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my candles replaced. 10/10 recommend go see these sweet girls with the best customer service!!!!

Though Muncie Mall has very few stores open for business, Bath and Body Works seems to be still thriving! Walked in and greated by multiple associates, per usual. I wanted a specific scent in a candle that they didn't have, Robin helped me find a similar scent that I actually liked even better! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat. I will definitely return and continue to shop here!

Always a clean store and customer service is always excellent. From the management to the staff I love coming here for all of my smell goods!!

They have The Best Chandals By far than any other brands that I have tried they have the 3 wick2 wick 1 wick ,And they have a lovely array of all gift bags and accessories for the holidays! Always go to Bath & Body Works (Nanna) lol!

I also got more candles but I have already set them out and fired them up and oh my house smells so good. I went in on the 14th of June for their crazy sell and got everything for around $50.

My order was ready and the place was nice with a friendly atmosphere.

I love their products!! Everything smells so good. The hand soaps are amazing and the scent lasts a long time after washing your hands with it.

As a dude this isn't my thing. But customer service and seeing a company thrive because of what people on the frontlines do to make it succeed? I'm on that. Everyone made themselves known with a smile and eye contact or a greeting and an offer to help make sure you weren't struggling to find anything. The store was continually attended to, staff cleaning and organizing, and they gave a few great suggestions. B&BW, the people in this store added $250 to the kitty from us that day because they tied things in, offered suggestions and options, but weren't "all over you" like the businesses that fail at this critical balance. This store manager and staff should be recognized, especially in a mall that has seen its better days. We're from two states away, and this is the best location we've ever seen.

My wife loves this store. We are in it all the time for sprays and candles. I too have purchased sprays and lotions there for myself.

You get in the store and start smelling the products and the next thing you know, you need it all. The candles, the hand soaps in pretty colors that smell like a bakery, the body sprays and hand creams that leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed. It's heaven!

This is one of the tops stores in my book. Employees are very nice and helpful in all the right ways. They offer you a shopping bag and ask if ur looking for any special. Then after that they let you shop at ur own pace. They are close if you need anything but not standing over you like a high pressure sale atmosphere. I had my coupons and just had surgery the ladies helped me so much I was unable to carry any amount of weight but they help me shop use my coupons and was able to get me and my elderly shopping friend to our car this no hassle. I can't say enough about how wonderful they make us fell by just the small bit of kindness. I have brought my friends autistic daughter with us before and they are very warm and kind to her as well they talk to her even tho she is almost no verbal and only repeats word the still talk and welcome her as well this a huge win in my book. Keep up the good work.
