BuxBear Storage Springfield Shelley Street

BuxBear Storage is a very top-notch property and business. I have rented here for almost 2 years and just upgraded to a larger unit. I can attest that the property is always clean, well maintained, secure and safe. It is a relief to know my possessions are in a quality storage facility. Incredibly helpful staff who excel at customer service. Called up today, and Dean picked up the phone. I had made a mistake about the deadline of my lease, and he helped resolve it and reimbursed me. He remembered the conversation I had with him months ago and without me needing to direct him he worked on my behalf, closed my unit, and refunded the following month's rental charge. I would not look anywhere else for a storage unit in Springfield, there may be better rates, but you will not find more supportive and diligent staff than at BuxBear on Shelley St.

Clean, well taken care of storage facility. Kathy was sweet, funny, and helpful. I feel like my belongings are safe here knowing Greg is vigilant about monitoring the property and ensuring everyone behind the locked gate is accounted for. Also, they have some of the best prices in town. I really miss the advance payment discount though. I was very close to using another facility since that discount is no longer offered after a change in ownership.

Secure and clean storage facility! Greg and Kathy were very accommodating when I had a POD delivered and allowed the time for me to unpack the unit. Customer service is top notch! Thank you Kathy and Greg for always being so kind.
