Golden Rule Store

I went in yesterday to look at the boots they had and wow their selection is great! I showed the employee the type of boots I wanted and he came out with a few. He was very knowledgeable on all the boots and was very friendly. All the staff was amazing would recommend coming here. I walked out with a new pair of boots and now off to work to try them.

Great store with old fashioned customer service. I ordered a Carhartt coat on a Thursday and it arrived by Tuesday. If they don’t have it in stock they can order it for you. A small business doesn’t control distribution like Billy seems to think. If you can delay your instant gratification, then this is a good place. I’ll continue to support them.

My dude and I visited this store for the first time today . We bought him some great boots. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely buy his work boots here from now on. They also has big and tall clothing which is great for our son. We found him a perfect pair of pants which is normally a struggle for us . You must simply visit this store. It is amazing!

My husband and I stopped in the Golden Rule Store today. We were very pleased with all the different items this store had to offer. They have a great selection of footwear, jeans, scrubs, shirts and any kind of carhartt products you could ask for. The guy was very knowledgeable and willing to look for and order anything we wanted. I will just say we sure didn’t walk out empty handed and can’t wait to stop back by.

What an excellent selection of boots and clothing. I picked up a pair of Keens and some Carhart work pants. The staff was very helpful. Great prices and great selection, can't beat it. I highly recommend getting your next shoes here.

If you are in the market for boots in the Muncie area, this is the place to go. The employees are always very helpful and are knowledgeable about the products they sell. They had exactly the boots I was looking for and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes.

It took me a long time before I shopped here, but I only shop there for boots now. The service is top notch and the staff is very knowledgeable. They even keep a record of your purchases, noting size, type, and date. Makes it very personable for me.

Very helpful and knowlegable of their products. Did not feel pushed into anything. Employees were wearing masks and the door on the front says masks are appreciated by their customers. This will be my boot supplier for years to come.

A step back in time. A very broad selection of quality work clothing, coats, and boots. They will order your size, with a very friendly service. It's humble and honest, in many ways the antithesis of modern retail, function over flash.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff...not pushing for a sale and listened to what you wanted....will definitely be buying my next set of boots here again. Wide variety of items from workboots, scrubs, insulated coveralls, and various items to help stay warm, belts, and also have a small selection of hats and shoe care items

My father bought my first pair of work boots here from original owner. Ralph, I believe was his name. Very found memories in this store with my father. Took the time to measure my feet and make sure I got the right boot for the right job. Have bought my work boots here for last twenty years. They even still keep a filling cabinet with your history of sizes and styles to make reordering a breeze.

The store had a big selection on footwear - different types and styles. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was also a good variety of workwear.
