Hi Way 3 Hardware

I stopped at Hi Way 3 Hardware and got to meet the infamous shop mascot, Hi Way the cat. The store was well stocked and clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The Christmas 🎄 shop was absolutely beautiful and if you need a great gift or any holiday decor, you should check it out. They had delicious apple cider and cookies for everyone! I got some Abbott's caramels! Located just down the road from the Muncie Mall Plaza, it is definitely worth checking out.

Great place has everything you need prices a bit higher than other places but you get what you pay for

They’re always so nice and helpful when you stop in. The gentleman working in the mower area helped me out big time. He saved me a lot of time and stress. They’re always ready and willing to lend a hand in getting what you need for your project. I love getting flowers and veggies for thr garden from here as well. They’ve got a little of everything at this location.

Always stop there first for my hardware needs. Can still buy individual hardware instead of the prepackaged assortments you have to buy at the bigger chains. Good service and fair prices.

My absolute go to. I have yet to make a trip in there where the staff doesn't immediately greet me and ask me if I need help finding anything. They always lead me straight to what I'm looking for, explain the differences in products, and answer any questions I have. Some days they even carry my purchases out and load them in my car. The selection is wide and the prices are great. I love this place. Highly recommend.

Dropped off my weed eater and chainsaw on Monday afternoon,got a call less than a day they we're done. Very reasonable price and outstanding customer service. Will definitely use them again. Thanks John...

Got flowers here this year and the lady working was so helpful. Trying to push a stroller around and pick out plants and put them together for hanging baskets was difficult to say the least. She was knowledgeable and got me a pot to put plants together in and pulled what would do best with them. I will definitely be back as we update our flower beds in the coming years.

Took my self propelled push mower there for service and to replace the belt. They had it fixed by the next day and it looks and works as good as new. This was my first time going there and I will definitely go back.

I lived in this house 18 years. The hardware store is convenient for me. I love it I know where everything is at I will apply for a job when I'm ready to retire. Every person has been in that place has been wonderful I love them. 5 more years I'll be looking for a job I know you store. Be safe love you all

This is a nice family-owned hardware and I support local stores. I get my gardening supplies there when I can.

The place to go when you can't find it at Lowe's or Menards. The staff is always helpful.

Nice place to get hardware things you can't find at the big box stores. Employees are very helpful and friendly. They have a cute garden store were you can find unusual things.

Visited this great hardware store and plant shop less then 45 min ago..couldn't help myself when a younger employee wasn't sure for plants to suggest to a customer of yours since she wanted something to grow over the front of her window boxes. I spoke up when the young lady couldn't answer her questions and I made suggestions. Your young employee wasn't knowledgeable about plants or able to be creative to help this lady who spent $141.00 in your store. She needs some horticultural education on what plants you have to better assist your customers in the future.

I have never had a bad experience with any Highway 3 Hardware stores they're always very helpful never snotty. They have better prices than most of the leading stores. The only thing that I would suggest is not buying your veggie seeds none of them ever come up and they seem to be old probably not by their fault.

People here are so nice. Always helpful, and I love the cat!

We come here every year to buy flowers for our flower beds, mulch and hanging baskets. Always a great selection, reasonable pricing and helpful staff.

I love this store. It may be small, but the customer service is always huge and spot on with what you are needing help with. This store had taken in a stray cat on a temporary basis and the employees are caring for it during the day and she roams the store watching people and looking for attention. This is the kind of people that operate this store. There are not many businesses that would take the time from their course of business to concern themselves with the live of a stray cat. These people not only concerned themselves, they took personal responsibility for it to make sure it's life was saved until space was available in a no kill shelter. If they will do this for a stray cat, imagine what they would do for you and me, their customers.

This is the store to shop first not last. I hunted all over town to find a replacement bulb for my flash light. They had a whole display unit with replacement bulbs. If you need any replacement parts go here FIRST not last as I did. Very curteous staff that were attentive to my needs.

Great little hardware store. They've always had what I've went in searching for. They don't provide tons of options for individual tools, but rather just a few quality ones to choose from. (Which I like) The people there have always went above and beyond to help. If they don't have something or provide it, they'll gladly order it and you can pick it up later. They've even done some internet searching to help figure out a project with me before. Great spot. Highly recommend it.
