Springfield Secure Storage

I was able to do all the paperwork to get my unit over the phone so that save quite a bit of time. The unit was clean and the roll up door moves easily, I’ve had units other places that are very difficult so that’s a nice feature. I have rented here before and had a good experience, that’s why I rented here again.

Fantastic customer service. The manager Jim is very accommodating and personable. Nice quiet and secure location. Would highly recommend.

We were in a unique & unfortunate situation when we found Springfield Secure Storage.
Our adult son had recently been Hospitalized (& still currently is, 6 months later)
His lease was up- so it then became up to us, to get our sons apartment packed up & find an affordable option to store his belongings.
We got only a couple days notice, that his apartment needed to be vacated. Which just amplified the stress potential, of the situation..

Im not sure how we could have accomplished doing all of this, with as little stress, as we were able to, without the help, empathy & enthusiastic assistance we received from Springfield Secure Storage, & David, in particular!!
(Id called several movers for help too, but only having 2 days notice- they all felt awful not to have availability, but were booked- unfortunately.
I thought that was an unchangeable situation & we would just have to move as much as we could on our own, with only a few hours/access to the apartment.
Enter David of Springfield Secure Storage! After he gave us a referral to a specific mover, who was also booked, bcus they knew David & also felt bad about our predicament they took the time to talk to their team, & rework their schedule.
They aggreed to a longer workday, & all stayed on to help us get our sons belongings moved to Springfield Secure Storage!

So again, David saved the day!
Even with the movers David helped us find, it was an exhausting day/move.
Without having met David, received his assistance & referrals, i literally dont know how we could have managed or even come close to what we were able to accomplish, specifically bcus of Davids care/concerns for his customers..

Its been many months since then, & i still reflect on my gratitude that we found such an affordable solution. Not just affordable though!
David was so compassionate & accommodating to our needs/situation, & the emotional toll we were experiencing.
And this showed via his time & attention to any/all questions/hiccups we encountered on our end.

Coming from Portland- it made all the difference in the world, & brought the stress levels of what was a scary time for our family, down to a bare minimum.
Its something that really stood out, bcus you just dont always see that kind of empathy & compassion from businesses anymore.
It felt like they/he treated us like we were family friends or something.

Still today, they take the time to reach out & communicate-if questions or payment issues arise (accidentally missed payments, opps!) But even then, they are always kind, helpful & prompt, in their communication..
Which again, is just such a rare & high level of customer service, one just doesn't encounter as often anymore, these days!

Thanks so much to Springfield Secure Storage, & David in particular!
The time you were willing to spend explaining & listening, was a huge part of what helped us navigate & get through a sad & complex time/situation, for our family!

Seamus was so friendly and helpful! I couldn't make it into the office before they closed so he helped me get set up online! The property is very clean and well cared for

The staff is amazing super friendly and caring. They made it easy access for me! The security is top knotch and it got upgraded since the last time I was here. Much easier and I did everything online. I cannot be happier, this is why it’s the only storage units I use ever! Highly recommend and prices are cheap!

I've been storing my stuff here for months, and the company has almost always done me really well, but recently they got new management and since then David has been incredible to work with. A super friendly person and very on top of business. It honestly seems like David truly cares about his tenants. A major asset to have for any company!

It has been very pleasant working with David at Springfield Storage! I was looking around in a very short amount of time for a storage unit and this place was the most responsive, easy to work with, great location, and efficient! David took the time to answer all my questions, and made me feel that I was in the right place! Definitely recommend this place!

I only had my unit at Springfield Secure Storage a very short time and I am feeling very welcome. Access is easy and exiting is easy. This is located right off Interstate 5. Any questions were answered immediatly by the office attendant. The only thing I miss is the unit is not heated, but it does stay dry. I recommend Springfield Secure Storage. You can't go wrong when renting a storage unit.

I have rented a unit at Springfield Secure Storage on two separate occasions and have experienced sincere kindness and quality customer service. The staff have always treated me like a welcome neighbor when I walk into the office or call on the phone. How refreshing to be treated as though I am a valued customer.

Outstanding service, easy and fast.

People there are very. The manager sue is sweet and she has a cute dog. Stuffs clean and check the storage the whole day. Price there is ok, not expensive. I leased for summer break and will come back again.
