River View Restaurant

We went there for breakfast as a family Sunday and it was great! The waitress was very friendly and took our orders promptly. Our food was prepared quickly. Everything we ordered tasted just right. Fresh ingredients were used and we enjoyed our breakfast a lot! Will definitely be back.

Our fun adventure through Indiana we ended up here. We got really lucky because the food was delicious!! Friendly waitress and great view of the river.. recommend this place 5⭐s

My 8 yr old granddaughter highly recommended Riverview and let me say they did not disappoint! Very easy to get seating with no wait on a Saturday. Very clean, waitress was amazing, friendly, clean, quick, and the food was AMAZING! I will now highly recommend and return. (I'm not one to ever eat out for personal reasons) but this place is top notch for sure.

This was a fantastic find! It's a lot of standard café food with a splash of Mexican.

We had the Chili Cheese Omelet, the Hungry Bubba, and the Hawaiian Omelet special - everything was awesome. You can also get French toast on the side instead of regular toast.

The food came fast and the place is 𝘩𝘶𝘨𝘦, with two floors of seating.

So today was my first time being inside this location since the old Firestone tire shop closed down. Never ate at the Firestone grill or this current place before.

Ordered catfish was maybe just a little under cooked but was still very good. Delicious carrot cake! Guess my only complaint would be that they don't serve coke only Pepsi products. However they do have Doctor Pepper on tap.

Kenzie did a great job. The omelet and hash browns were delicious. Sat by the window to watch the river and geese.

This is a really wonderful restaurant, very spacious. The food is outstanding and the service is great. I really like this building and atmosphere. They have quite a large menu, serving several different food styles. Parking is awful, get there early.

Update: We have been there several times after the first rating of 5 stars. Love the food and the fact most menu items have extras. Pancakes are unbelievable & I'm not, um wasn't a pancake lover! Said its their special recipe.

Cant wait to go back. If they were on the East side we'd probably eat in or pick up a few times a week. First review below.

Our first visit. The choices, items that come with the meal, and the food was excellent along with reasonable prices. We will most definitely be back. We compared food we've had elsewhere around here and we felt the food was better here. Recommend! Update: Our subsequent visits have also been a real treat.

We came on a Saturday for early dinner. Was slow and was able to get our food pretty quick. I'm a tenderloin connoisseur- this one is pretty good.

Nice restaurant. Food was really good! I had a turkey and swiss cheese croissant sandwich and french fries. My friend jad biscuits and gravy with bacon and he said it was good. Had a strawberry long island, that was very good!

Food was great and the prices are reasonable. Would recommend

I went there tonight for the first time and I thought it was excellent. I will absolutely go back and tell others to go as well.
The place looked very clean. My waitress was fantastic, she knew the menu she suggested things to me when I wasn't sure what to get, she was awesome and I'm sorry I can't remember her name.
The food was really good, all in all I would have to say yes to giving it five stars for this particular visit.

Just finished a great meal, NY strip, wife had chicken Alfredo, others in our group had chopped steak and another had patty melts, liver and onions then another NY strip and we were all bragging how good our meals were. Service was handled like a professional and very fast. This place is a diamond just waiting to be found! Did I mention the prices? We’ll be back!

Wasn't a bad place to get together with the family and do some reminiscing and have some laughs with family and friends. Had the pancakes etc even tho it was lunch. 😁 waitress was absolutely spot on and had a pretty sweet tattoo of a finger print that had to get mentioned. Really good experience. Thanks

Visited, Sunday 3-7-21, about 2:30 pm
Out for a Sunday drive from Ft Wayne, we find this lovely place. Not busy at this hour but our waitress (who was only on her 3rd day), was very accommodating. I think she must have waitressed before. The Gyro wrap and the Mushroom Burger were ordered. The Cole slaw and French fries that accompanied our choices were perfect. Both meals would be easily chosen again but honestly, there is so much offered that I want to try many items. Dessert wasn't chosen but the choices looked so desirable. The waitress offered that they easily go into take home boxes. I like that in a waitress. Please, don't miss this place. Get a booth that overlooks the river! Great ambiance and a small but full bar.

My first time there today. Quick, friendly service and really excellent food! I got a chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries and salad. No complaints and in fact very good. My friends got breakfast food and the meals looked awesome. The prices were a touch high for a casual diner but thus place was nicer than a standard diner. I'll spring for it again for sure.

Food was amazing! I had a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap! Our waitress was also very friendly, and delt with my sorta picky family very politely! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cute diner with good food
